Honestly everything from start to finish was great about this hotel. Employees spoke english, rooms were spacious, nice and modern. Location was in sendai station with malls, food and sightseeing everywhere.
Sendai is also the home of gyutan. Try it, honestly.
If I had something to complain about it would be that one of the 3 elevators only go to the 3rd floor and not 1st.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' walk from Sendai Station. You can see the hotel by walking along the path next to Parco. It is very easy for tourists to find it and they won't get lost.
This time we were arranged to stay in a twin non-smoking room on the fifth floor. The room was clean and tidy, and all toiletries were placed in the bathroom. The hotel provides two bottles of water every day. However, since it is closest to the road, you will hear loud noise at night.
The hotel will provide breakfast coupons, and you can choose whether to have breakfast in the hotel according to your needs. Since my wife is not used to getting up early, I didn’t have the chance to try it.

Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great hotel near to subway station. The front desk staff were very helpful. They even rang a ferry company to confirm tickets for our onward journey. Room was clean and smelled fresh. The buffet breakfast was worth paying for.

Sendai is a city in Japan’s Tohoku Region, northeast of Tokyo on Honshu island. The remains of 17th-century Sendai Castle, built for samurai lord Date Masamune on Aoba Hill, overlook the city and include a museum of historic artifacts. The Sendai City Museum focuses on the history and culture of Japan’s Edo period, and displays Masamune’s samurai armor.
Conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the east exit of JR Sendai Station.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the Silky Beds made by Nippon Bed Co., Ltd. provide a premium stay.
The large public bath has a Silky Bath that is gentle on the skin thanks to its ion effects.

Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

GGuest UserWe were deciding between The Westin Sendai Hotel and another hotel located right at the train station for the same price of SGD155 per night in Dec 2023 and I’m glad we went with The Westin Sendai. Firstly, their service is impeccable and truly living up to a luxury hotel’s standard. Secondly, their hotel’s view is impressive considering that it is the tallest building in Sendai. We walked to the Sendai's Pageant of Starlight and it was a very comfortable and cooling 15 min walk.
100% would recommend The Westin Sendai when you come to Sendai.
AAKIRAThe hotel staff, cleaning staff, and the staff at the Royal Host where we had breakfast were all very friendly and made for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I would like to use this hotel again when I go sightseeing in Sendai. The only thing I regret is that the izakaya across from the hotel, which looked like a nice place, was full and I couldn't get in. Lol
WWaranyaWe love the location of this hotel, close to all shoppings, foods and Train Station. Great amenities, nice onsen eventhough a bit old style. If we come back to Sendai, we will choose this hotel again. Thanks for the nice stay.
MMagnus TanThe hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel.
I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.
ZZhihuideakuyaIt’s really a great hotel! This time I specially booked a nearby hotel to watch fes at Yume Miyako. It can be reached on foot in about ten minutes; except that it is a bit far from the tram station, there is nothing wrong with it!
You will be pleasantly surprised when you open the door. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by separate doors. The entrance to the door has a sink and a place to change clothes. The design is still very reasonable. The bathroom is also separated from wet and dry, although it is not used in the room. The shower room, after all, the hot spring is so fragrant (
There are many types of hot springs. In addition to saunas and indoor baths, there are also open-air hot springs. Although it is super cold in Sendai, you can see many stars! There also seems to be a KTV room, which is worth trying if the time is right. At the same time, there is a whole wall of comics in the hot spring building that you can read. Unfortunately, it was already very late when I discovered it. I must try more if I have the chance to stay next time. try;
Breakfast has been added on site, with a wide variety of options. You can eat almost all Sendai specialties, and you can also make your own paella, which is really a perfect configuration! (I met a group of suspected club members traveling in the elevator. One of the uncles looked at the breakfast table and said, can’t we go at 6:30 and eat at the buffet for three hours? www.)
There are also a lot of free services. In addition to getting popsicles and noodles in the evening (you can just eat them for dinner if you have a small appetite), and drinking lactic acid bacteria in the morning, the room also comes with welcome snacks, a bottle of water is provided every day, and the washing machine is also free. use!
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
JJovaSince you need to park your car, there is a large parking lot in the basement of this hotel. It charges ¥1500 per night, but at least there is a parking space, and the parking space is also spacious, with an elevator to the hotel room.
The hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from Sendai Station, making shopping and dining very convenient. There is also a convenience store opposite the hotel.
The room is spacious and clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, the room is bright and relaxing.
This hotel is great, great value, worth staying in!
KKOK HOONGThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.
GGuest UserIt was about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, so it felt a little far away.
If you use the subway, I think it's convenient because there is a Tozai Line station nearby.
It was also convenient because there was a convenience store nearby.
Unfortunately, the shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom had a slightly moldy smell.
The bed was a triple room, and I was able to sleep soundly until morning without having to fight with my child who usually sleeps with me, so I was very grateful.
The price was reasonable and I was able to relax.
I was interested in the shampoo bar, but I think it would have been more helpful if they had explained it to me at check-in.
I didn't really understand it, so I noticed it at check-out and I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to try it.
Due to my schedule, I only had a room-only plan, but the food looked delicious, so I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.
GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of Sendai, only a short walk away from everything you need. Extremely convenient location for arrivals from Sendai Station. Wide variety of food options nearby, including the old reliable convenience stores. It's the perfect hotel for anyone that wants to be centrally located, but not in a noisy road. Amazing for the price.
