2 beds instead of one big. This could have been better to me.
Service is excellent. People are nice, always trying to help, being resourceful on how you may handle your visit of the island. Top notch people.
The real ”could be better” thing to me is, the restaurant that close really early (8.30pm if my memory is good), does server only buffet for 80kY.
The buffet is of quality mixing Japanese, Chinese and Western styles of food. And also comes with nice desserts.
However, having the choice to get only one A la carte dish could be a real plus. I personally do not want to get a full buffet for every and each of my diners.
And if you do not have a car, finding another place to eat may become a challenge. There is nothing around at a walking distance except a supermarket.
The breakfast is definitely qualitative. And if you intend to move early for visiting, the hotel can prepare you a breakfast and a lunch box for no overcharge. Basic but good and appreciated.
To have another plus, they serves a local craft beer made with local cedar trees. Quite a good and interesting one."

"This is a hotel that must be highly recommended. The hotel is in a prime location, a 15-minute walk from Anfang Port. The transportation is convenient, and the bus station is a two-minute walk away. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the lobby manager enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the activities on the island, and also gave us a Chinese version of the travel guide. Knowing that we were going to Shenwenshan the next day, our breakfast was changed to a bento for free. The thing that touched me the most was that on the third day we went to Pingnei Umi-no-ka Onsen. Because the bus schedule had just been adjusted, we missed the last bus. We asked the hotel for help, hoping that they could call a taxi for us. Because it was already dark, the hotel couldn't call a taxi for a while, so they arranged for employees to pick us up over 40 minutes long distance, and they didn't charge any fees. I was very touched and I would like to express my gratitude again."

"1) Paddler services are not widely used in Japan, and I thought that there are few such wonderful paddler services. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Paddler A, who was indebted to me personally and provided a wonderful service to other customers as well.
2) Regarding meals, the comfortable food menu was sophisticated, and although it was a simple menu such as salads and hamburgers, it was made with great care and was delicious! (There are some other menus that I'm interested in, and I'm looking forward to the next time.) On the other hand, I wondered if there was another menu for creative dishes and breads. (I think there are personal tastes ...)
3) Regarding drinks, there were many local products such as original drinks, and I enjoyed it very much. On the other hand, regarding the serve of wine etc., although it is a luxury hotel restaurant and from 2000 yen / glass, there is no tasting, detailed explanation, follow-up, etc., so I was reluctant.
4) The atmosphere of the room, facilities and amenities (local brands and environmentally friendly products) are also excellent. In addition, two types of soaps were installed, and I was able to choose the scent that suits my mood. GGuest UserI went to Yakushima Landes in the heavy rain, so I wanted to take a bath early, so it was before check-in time before going to the nearby day trip hot spring from 15:00, but I bought sashimi and beer for dinner in advance. Pe I was very helpful because I was able to put it in the refrigerator of the nshon. Moreover, when I told the owner that I would go to the hot springs, he said, ”You can bring a bath towel and a towel in the room. If you tell him that you came from a while, you will get a discount.” I am grateful that you can take a bath at a great deal. I ate dinner while having fun talking to my wife who was in the kitchen, so I didn't miss my evening drink alone. I didn't bring my pajamas, but I was able to borrow it when I told you. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and very comfortable. I was excited to hear that it was Japanese food when I inquired in advance because I couldn't eat bread because I was allergic to wheat about breakfast. I was very satisfied with the nutritious breakfast that was very delicious and had a good protein. The coffee brewed by my husband after the meal was also very delicious. The woody building using Jisugi gave me healing to my eyes, and the air I breathed from my nose was great for retreats. Every time you see flowers decorated everywhere, you will feel calm. LLI YU ANThe first time I went abroad alone, I went to Yakushima to participate in natural experience activities and self-service travel itinerary.
This trip came to this hotel twice: the first time I booked accommodation on the platform; the second time I came here temporarily because of an emergency with another booked hostel.
For a foreign traveler who is unable to speak a language and has been abroad for the first time, I feel the kindness and kindness of the service staff here. Especially the service staff at the counter and restaurant are very patiently waiting for me to use translation software to communicate, which makes me feel a lot of warmth.
The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The environment in the hall is very comfortable and well equipped. The lobby, rooms, soup pools and restaurants are very clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
Meals need to be booked separately, and the appropriate box will be given according to the number of travelers. Dinner is kaiseki cuisine with 10 meals, breakfast is 6 side dishes plus buffet (I have not booked lunch so I don't know). Most of the meals were very delicious except for some of the salty ones for my taste. Especially some local ingredients and seasonings will be used, which will make people feel more connected to this place.
In terms of cost, the price is high for people who are used to living in backpackers. At the same time, after living in, I feel that the overall environment and service are very worth the price.
For travelers who want to relax and relax in a quiet, slow journey, I highly recommend this hotel if financially generous permits!
