"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the museum. The room isn't huge, but it's very comfortable for a single person. They don't offer free luggage storage, but if you tell them you're a Holiday Rewards member and provide your membership number, it's fine. The three pictures show 'Girl with a Pearl Earring', a Shaanxi restaurant near the hotel, and the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, also near the hotel."

"It was a 10/10 experience from the moment I arrived.

"Really like this hotel, just near the train station. I booked a loft room, and this layout is very novel for me. The table is facing the attic window, and it is a beautiful city view to look out.
However, it should be noted that the hotel elevator has one that can go to the 4th floor (attic floor), and the other can go to the 3rd floor, so sometimes you need to go to the 3rd floor and then climb the stairs to the 4th floor. It is best for passengers with large luggage not to choose the attic room."

"We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Premium Den Haag as a family with one child. The room was incredibly convenient and well equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator perfect for a comfortable and easy family trip.

"1. Excellent location, 500 meters from The Hague Railway Station, supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, bars downstairs. Next to the City Hall and Opera House.
2. The room facilities are simple and hygienic. I saw many dogs coming in and out (but I couldn't smell the dog smell). There were no toiletries, slippers, kettles, teacups, or drinking water. You can go to the restaurant bar on the first floor, where there is a water machine where you can get some for free. The service attitude is not bad.
3. Breakfast is basically bread, salad, eggs, pancakes, cakes, coffee, milk, juice, and yogurt. You can eat enough.
4. There is a tram track at the entrance of the hotel. Those who need to sleep should pay attention in advance."

"This is the best, most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in the Netherlands: the room is big enough, with a kitchen, kitchenware, bar, sufficient supplies in the room, and attentive front desk staff. Although I had to change rooms at the beginning because the lock of the first room was broken, it did not affect my love and recommendation for this hotel!
The sunset seen in the room is absolutely amazing, even more beautiful than the one seen on the beach in The Hague! 👍🏼
Extra tips: Residence Inn is right behind Moxy Hotel; in addition, you need to tap the room card to enter and exit the main door (because the lobby is on the 9th floor), and the card tapping station is on the left side of the main door. There is also an intercom above the card tapping station on the left side of the main door for first-time guests. This is worth noting!"

GGuest UserRamada is one tran 9 away from Centraal and 10 minutes to the Den Haag pier. The continental breakfast didn’t change much during my weekend stay. There was prosecco Sunday morning as part of the buffet. The one bed room was comfortable and the room amenities, which included a nespresso machine, was more than adequate. Ramada supplies three or four types of pillows and I opted for the lowest pillow available which wasn’t puffed up. The staff allowed me to check in early at noon , which was a big bonus for me. The room was still fairly pricey during off season (November) but Ramada is still an excellent choice for business travelers visiting Den Haag.

11391189****The room decor had a distinct Dutch feel and was very cozy overall. The staff were also very welcoming, though I was a bit unhappy with being on the first floor. I didn't experience breakfast myself, but the dining area looked lovely.
The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions, including shopping. It's also not a long walk from the station, which was a good opportunity to get acquainted with the surroundings.
I only stayed for one day, but I left with a great impression of The Hague.

GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

GGuest UserDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

GGuest UserWe were there over the weekend and I listed three adults online and booked it.
It was listed as a family room. However, when I arrived, it was a large room with only one king-size bed. Definitely too small for three adults. And the connecting door was closed.
No slippers or bathrobe. We also only had two large towels in the bathroom.
I expected more from a Hilton.
The location is great.
You can park directly below. However, you should book the parking ticket online. It only costs €29.70 for 24 hours.

GGuest UserThe hotel room in the villa was great. Do note, however, that it requires climbing two steep, narrow flights of stairs to get to it! This wasn't an issue for us, but it's definitely worth being aware of. They do clearly mention this on their website. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a minor problem we had was promptly and efficiently resolved. The hotel is truly right on the beach, just a 100-meter walk away.
