"This isn't like a typical room for 6 or 10 people; instead, an entire floor is dedicated to capsule beds. There are curtains, so privacy isn't an issue. However, the washroom was quite crowded in the morning. Also, the lockers are small. Furthermore, the charging ports by the bed, with just one iPhone magnetic charger and one USB port, were a bit inconvenient. Be aware that there aren't many charging ports in the common areas either."

"A new hotel. I booked this hotel because it was cheap and easy to get to by tram from The Hague. It's a 3-4 minute walk from the tram station. A self-check-in hotel using the touch panel. Because the hotel is basically unmanned, you need a password even to open the entrance door. I was told that the password was sent to me by email in advance, but I couldn't find it, so I pressed the intercom and a staff member opened it for me right away. They don't usually show themselves to guests, but it seems that there is a staff member somewhere in the hotel. It seems that they are operating with the bare minimum. There were basically no amenities, not even an internal line or a hair dryer. If you had any problems, you had to call someone's phone number. It was a beautiful hotel, so I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. I called to check, but it seems that they don't have one. Isn't it rare for a room without a hair dryer in a new hotel like this these days? There was a coffee maker, desk, and chair in the common area at the front desk. It was spacious and there were many of them, so it seemed like a good place to work. Drinks were charged. Even hot water was 2 euros. It was close to the sea, and it took 5 minutes to get there. It was nice to take a walk at dusk. There are many supermarkets in the area. The supermarket next door seems to be open until midnight."

"My first time at the hotel was great. The second time, towels had a smell of some dog. After a shower, I also had a smell of that dog. When you go to shower you don't think about sniffing the towels, and then after shower you have no choice rather than just use what you have. Funny on one side, disgusting on the other. I understand that some guests can use towels to wipe their dogs, which is I think disrespectful to other guests, I would never do that, however hotel housekeeping stuff could notice this smell, and simply place normal ones. For some reason, they didn't do that. Just an advice: smell towels in the hotels BEFORE you go to shower! Somewhat disappointed."

"I have stayed here many times and this time upon check in there was only one person on..around 1520 hrs. After being on the road from 0900hrs with trains and planes was tired already and waited 1hr at the desk to check in. Unacceptable as 1hr out of my vacation ! Not as comfortable as usual. Beds somewhat harder for me personally Staff very good . ."

"Originally this was quite good. The breakfast was rich and allowed to take out. It was worth the money, but the room was facing the street and the traffic was very noisy. "Exceeded expectations! The room was huge, the largest we'd stayed in during our week-long stay in the Netherlands. It was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, very close to The Hague Central Station, the city center, and the Maurice La Maison—all within walking distance. The restaurant downstairs served delicious pizza and Turkish kebabs with flatbread and fried rice, and the prices were reasonable. The owner was incredibly kind; they gave us complimentary fries, a salad, and fried rice with our meal—definitely a definite thumbs up!"
