"The service and location were fantastic, but I thought the in-tub amenities were a bit sparse and the shower pressure was a little weak. "The staff are all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The lobby area is well staffed with plenty of seating whilst you wait for taxi or trike.
The gym is small, the pool is small, the restaurant and bar area are a good size serving nice food. Sadly the breakfast was a little disappointing if you arrive to eat later than 0930. ..You can get some breakfast cooked to order.
The room was large with some good extras. Iron, ironing board, safe, slippers and gown. Tea coffee and water, kitchen area with fridge and hotplate.
Bathroom good size with complementary toiletries. Shower had good supply hot water.
I would stay here again.."

"The location of this hotel is just OK. It is right off the strip of the red light District. We did not know this when we booked.
The bed in the room was less than acceptable because we believe there were bugs in it. There was something biting us everything in the bathroom that is usually customary free. Had a price tag on it even the small and I mean small plastic bottle of baby powder
We went downstairs in the morning and had breakfast. The coffee was stone cold even though we could see a fresh pot brewing in the waitress area. The breakfast itself was meager at best and expensive. We booked an executive room so I would hate to see what the standard room was. The accommodation was less than acceptable. On the positive side. The security guard was very helpful. When we arrived and the entry and downstairs portion of the hotel is breathtaking. Very Beautiful, and very nice furniture. Everywhere. Very elegant."

"We booked this to stay at in-between a coach and flight out to Coron and we couldn't complain. For how much money it costs you get a good night sleep in a clean bed with air con. The staff were helpful and lovely and we could even order food to our room as we did after a long travel day. My only feedback would be to de-spider nest bathrooms as there was one missed in ours and maybe do a clean of the pool as it didn't seem too clean.
I would however book again if I needed to stay in the area for the night."

"I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable quiet place thats got enough space, clean and checking in and out was a breeze..no hassles very good service. I would stay here everytime amd for the price, its affordable. Only thing I wouldn't mind better is the shower heads, if it was more water ot would be excellent.

"This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. "The hotel is decent with a pool and resto. They have wifi and 24 hr security. Its a good hotel for budget travelers who just needs to stay for a night or 2. Access to public transportation is very near. Staff were very helpful."

AAhmed.AdawiI had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great, the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was excellent. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very well maintained.
The only issue I faced was the presence of small cockroaches in the room. I believe this is something that can be solved , as everything else about my stay was truly enjoyable

GGuest UserExcellent hotel for a good price. I had a view of the volcano. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the plumbing and air conditioning were all in order. The breakfast was good. The only thing that surprised me was that the rooms aren't right next to the lobby; you have to walk through corridors, but the helpful staff escorted me and showed me everything.

MMartinThis hotel is really central within the night life of Angeles and even though the room was quiet. There are lots of parking spots which is an advantage, especially if you arrive late afternoon. The room was simple but clean and spacious. There is also a swimming pool that I did not experienced. The service was friendly and professional.

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay.
The only downside is the location—it’s a bit removed from the main attractions and requires extra travel time. While this might not be ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city, the quality of the hotel itself more than makes up for it.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

FFrnclI stayed at Rosa Hotel Clark for one night and appreciated its excellent location-just a minute's walk to a 7/11, a massage spa, and a Thai restaurant. It made getting essentials, relaxing, and dining incredibly easy.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, and that shows in some of the furnishings and overall ambiance. However, it was clean and quiet, which made for a decent short stay. If you're not looking for luxury but value proximity and practicality, this place does the job.
Ideal for solo travelers or quick business trips where location matters more than modern amenities.

CCalifornia CoachIt is what it is. You kind of know what the area is like when there are 2 ”massage parlors” across the street and tons in the area, and the facility has surcharges for bringing in an ”outside masseuse.”
The room was large and reasonably clean. The towels were fraying, and the ”white” sheets were gray. The room refrigerator was bigger than average. There was a small table and chairs in the room - you could eat or do work there. The air conditioner worked just fine.
The place is located above a 24 grocery store. This is convenient, nice, and adds a layer of security.
We had some issues sleeping for 3 reasons:
1. Pillows were high and rock hard. My wife and I each got stiff necks.
2. There were some inebriated individuals who had a very loud argument @ 3 am.
3. Worst of all, there was a rooster fairly close to our room. Like most roosters, every time he saw a car with its lights on, he went crazy. This happened all night long.

GGuest UserFirstly, the room is clean, hot shower and air-conditioning works perfectly fine, rooftop deck is impressive . Breakfast is okay. I booked for 1 night just to see how I go with this hotel as it is my first time. . Safety deposit box is not working, towels are overused, no handowels, have to request for one, mini fridge bar is not working. I checked in late, after my flight , wanting to catch up on much needed sleep. Next morning around 715am housekeeping knocked, then rang the doorbell bell woke me up, saying their doing a ROOM CHECK and that's a PROTOCOL in El Vistra to do that which is totally INSANE. I checked out right after, then reception told me they're doing a ROOM CHECK to make sure everything is in order for me to get my deposit. What an experience!!
