"Overall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation."

"At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through.
Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat.
The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big.
The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area.
There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available.
The staff are very accomodating. Their patience is remarkable. Thank you for your kindness. God bless you all.

"Lee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias.
We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel.
The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common.
The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space."

"The location itself is very nice. Really 'monticello', a small mountain. It is easy to find, if driving, Hotel Monticello is between the Tagaytay-Nasugbu road and the Mendez road. This hotel is between the highway and the normal way (if you call it that). Not very new, actually the hotel is a bit old. That is its downside. But still okay with us. Just five floors high, the view is already magnificent. Or maybe where you are situated. Mind you, the white orchids that greet you when you come in are all very nice and very healthy! Overall, Tagaytay is a cool region, and it is windy. so even without electric fan or aircondition, the air is cool. Take a scroll down at the pool area, pass some time enjoying the air, or be misted with the light drizzle, now that's something!"

"The view is so nice, overlooking the taal lake. The breakfast is good too and staff are very accommodating.
It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰"

"We absolutely loved our time here! It’s easily our favorite stay in Tagaytay so far. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep—everything from the garden to the decor is well-maintained. The bed was a highlight for us; the linens were so soft and comfortable that we slept perfectly.
Just a small heads-up: there was a bit of a drainage smell in the upstairs toilet, but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!"

I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation.
We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for.
From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday.
Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building.
As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10
Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical.
Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones.
Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

GGuest UserWe are an OFW family traveling with a child and senior parents, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids such as an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, and both a kiddie pool with play features and an adult pool. One of the highlights for us was the on-site farm—our baby especially enjoyed the horseback riding experience.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning felt too cold and somewhat outdated, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The arcade area also lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for our child. The farm could use better maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell, and some of the activities like feeding and horseback riding felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. The horseback ride itself was limited to a few rounds in a small circle, which may feel repetitive for adults, though our child still enjoyed it.
We also noticed that the obstacle course was not well maintained, with some mosquitoes around the tire obstacles. The location is a bit tucked away within Tagaytay, and we found the roads somewhat confusing, which made it challenging to navigate at first. Additionally, dining options on-site were a bit pricey, so we opted to eat বাইরে at nearby bulalo restaurants, which were quite good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-oriented amenities, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the experience further.

GGuest UserI've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel.
I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother.
We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient.
The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available.
The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance.
For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

AAnonymous UserTaal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

And they muss include in the infos that anyone who wants to use the pool must pay and avail at d reception for swim cap. And they allowed other adults too to use without cap. The tower is just near but the night before we checked out, the internet connections lost. But the staff are friendly and helpful.

However, when it comes to the room, it’s best to manage your expectations talaga since the hotel is already quite old. The room was clean, but the flooring looked worn and did not really match the pictures provided here. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

JJohn RexThe room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater.
But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues.
But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.
