"We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading.
We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort.
Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given.
Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection.
While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience."

As a suggestion and not a complaint, perhaps the size of Siglo as a breakfast place can be expanded and offer say buffet breakfast instead of a set menu choices.
The reception people are very warm and attentive to details, they take time to engage their clients in a wonderful manner.
It has a lot of amenities, mostly in good order, although the games and gym room has some room for improvement where some maintenance are in order.
It's hard not to like Viewpark, needless to say we will be back and very likely for a longer stay!"

"Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness.
Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light."

"We enjoyed our staff at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the entire resort was safe and secure. Some of the amenities can be improved like the door locks and the wi-fi in the rooms, but generally the staff responded to these matters immediately. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Will return again soon."

"It was our first time here and will definitely come back. The place is relaxing. Some of the staff are nice and friendly some are not. The room we booked is spacious can fit more than 2 people. The only downside is the amenities and breakfast buffet. Food varieties is not worth the price. Nothing much to do inside Anya but if you're looking for a chill place and have a quiet conversation this is a place for you. Hoping the next time they will add more amenities like sauna and other activities to do inside."

"We enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - it’s pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning.
The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well.
The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do.
The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you!
Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :)
The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe."

"The type of room was so-called grapping in a tent. You can also have a campfire in front of you.
We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice.
The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast.
It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome.
I want to revisit just for the restaurant.
The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again."

"Hotel staff are very accommodating and very welcoming. They helped us with our anniversary celebration.
The hotel building looks old, but it is clean and well maintained. Parking is free, heated pool is good enough that you can enjoy.
Breakfast is superb, everything was fresh. They also have karaoke nights. They also have a gym.
In our room, everything is clean. For me it was spotless and you can make request anytime and they will do it in a timely manner.
For me it was 10/10 and will surely comeback and will tell with my fam and friends about it."

DDMerylCONTAINERS-is conveniently located across from SVD Starbucks - with view of Taal Lake. It’s really an Eco friendly- green environment made with all different kinds of organic materials- from outside to inside. Local artists- including owners work ,decorate the space. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom. Japanese Restaurant on site is delicious. Air conditioning in rooms is ok - but a little noisy. Needs some air freshener in room- smells a bit musty.

BByahe ni KramiThe place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊

BBudbirdjourneyThe location of the hotel is excellent. Basically, you can take the bus to Olivarez and get off and walk to the hotel. There is a mall across the road. There are also supermarkets and restaurants in the mall, which is very convenient.
In terms of transportation, if you are a self-driving person, the hotel provides parking spaces, but there are not many. We are backpackers and do not drive, but there is a Tricycle gathering next to the Mall opposite, which makes it easy to get in and out. You can also ask the hotel staff to ask Tricycle to pick you up at the door. If you want to return to Manila from Tagaytay, you can basically stop the bus at the door.
The hotel staff are very nice, neatly dressed, smiling and polite.
The room is small but tidy. Towels are provided, but there are no hair dryers and cups. The hotel is designed with environmental protection and sustainable development in mind. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers must be obtained from the staff. (Of course it is best to bring your own) There is no hot water boiler in the room, but you can refill it freely in the public space. Every corner of the room has environmentally friendly designs, which I really appreciate.
There is a cafe on the roof with a nice view, but there will be people singing loudly at night until at least 11pm. You can hear it in the room, it's a bit noisy. We all fell asleep singing.
