The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, making it easy to explore Bethlehem's old city on foot.
The real highlight for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Homemade, fresh, and deeply rooted in Palestinian flavors, it was served with such care that it felt like I was dining in someone's family kitchen. What made it even more special was that Nabil took photos of us during breakfast — a lovely gesture to help us remember the moment. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that truly made our morning memorable.
And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Nabil surprised us with a small gift at checkout — a token of appreciation that perfectly captured the spirit of generosity and hospitality that defines Dar Sitti Aziza.
Even though I was only there for one night, it felt like so much more. I left with a full heart, new memories, and a deep appreciation for the history and warmth that this place represents.
