"The double room was tiny; two suitcases had to fit on the floor, leaving little storage space. The bathroom cup was also designed for one person, and there was no place for cosmetics or anything like that on the sink. It was cramped to say the least. We stayed there for two nights, and the best part was the location: just around the corner to the left was a bakery, and downstairs was a supermarket. The downside was that the plumbing in both rooms wasn't working properly."

"This hotel is in a good central location, ok price (well it seemed like it when we booked it but please read on) and has air conditioning. These are the only positive things I can say about it. Firstly the carpet in the room was very stained and worn - it needs urgent replacing. We then returned to the apartments on the first night after dinner to discover that the security door to the suites area of the apartment building was badly broken, we were told when we checked out it was done by another guest. Yes there is a security door to the street, there are cameras and our suite door had a lock on it too but the fact the security door to the suites could be damaged so easily and wasn't repaired in the 4 nights we stayed is cause for concern. There was not an in-room safe as stated in the hotel listing. Neither was there a free mini bar (as other reviews have stated, not even water in the room. No kettle as stated in the listing. Finally there was no daily housekeeping as stated in the listing - our rubbish bins were overflowing by the time we left."

"The hotel is conveniently located, good repair, air conditioning. Check-in is not early 15:00. Water is paid. Breakfasts are good, but there is a line for cappuccino, no porridge. You had to wait for the service staff. The corridors are very modern. Wi-Fi is fast. TV with YouTube. In general, everything is ok, only the door was broken in the bathroom."

I stayed in a small room with everything that you would expect, Minibar included. One element that stood out was how spotless the room was.
Nothing much else to say. A good choice for a weekend away.
Staff were friendly and attentive, area is pretty safe and has some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Short walk to most places of interest in the city center.

"This was a last-minute booking for our one-night stay in Belgrade. The location is fantastic, the staff were helpful, and we were very pleased with our stay. We booked the room online at the last minute, and it was the last room available, so we didn't have much luck. The room was for two people, but we had a 4-year-old daughter and she didn't have a place to sleep. They immediately arranged a bed for her and put her in the room, for which we are very grateful. The breakfast was also good. I recommend it."

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

CcelestarThe family room we booked for three people was very large, with a double bed and two single beds, and five large windows. There are probably only three of this type of room. The room was very clean, with free parking. It's close to the airport and there's a bus stop right at the door, making it very convenient to get to the city and the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful, with a big forest behind and a playground in front. Parking is quite convenient. But my car was scratched for no reason.
The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed.
Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good.
The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night.
The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

AAnonymous UserThe only drawback is that the water barrier in the shower room is not good, and the water will flood when taking a shower. Other aspects are very good, and I still recommend it. There are bus stops and tram stops at the door, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

GGuest UserI stayed in the apartment for one night, as I had a long layover in Belgrade. I had three suitcases and when I was looking for where to stay, I specifically had the elevator filter on. However, the apartment does not have an elevator which works. I had to drag up my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. There was someone to help me when I arrived, however I was checking out at 3am and had to do it myself. Please, be aware that if you have luggage, a stroller or disabilities, this place won’t be right for you! The residences should update their profile.
The overall apartment was nice and fits the photos, however the elevator was an issue as I specifically looked for hotels or apartments with an elevator and had it in my filters.

GGuest UserThe Riverside Hotel truly exceeded our expectations! Living in a hidden gem on the banks of the Yulong River, you can gaze out the window at the crystal-clear water and karst mountains. The infinity pool is incredibly romantic. The Gongnong Bridge Wharf is a two-minute walk away, making it a convenient place to take the shuttle bus for rafting. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is attentive, and the Lijiang mandarin fish in the Chinese restaurant is especially delicious. Highly recommended for those who enjoy nature and delicious food!

TtravelblizzardThe hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

柳柳純一Good side. The view is good on the high floor. You can see the night view depending on the direction. It is far from the Belgrade bus terminal, but it is not painful to use the bus No. 31 running nearby (it is hard to hit the morning and evening crowds). Conveniently located near the hotel with a large shopping mall. There is a mini refrigerator. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance and elevator, and there is security.
Disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets tired of staying consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a good view but the glass is dirty and not clear. Overall, the deterioration is conspicuous.

GGuest UserInitially, I came to the address, went to the reception where they gave me a WhatsApp of a person who redirected me to another address.
They did not answer my email before check-in, but they answered quickly in WhatsApp upon arrival.
The apartments are comfortable, everything you need is inside. But they asked me for more money than was written in the reservation, I had to sort it out with trip.com support and the owner in the WhatsApp chat. On the last day of checking, we agreed on the amount that was written in the reservation.
The heating was bad in early April 2025. There were no accessories for cleaning the room.
