"Was in town to catch a Nuggets game. This hotel was perfectly situated, right next to 16th Street Mall. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Gianni at the front desk was exceptionally warm and made us feel really welcome."

"Though I wasn't there much but to sleep mostly the place was nice and clean check in was easy the lady was extremely helpful and nice made me feel welcoming they had a pool there didn't get to use it though cuz I didn't have time same with hot tub and I'm sure it was nice the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice and clean the facility itself was on a pretty clean service was nice my only thing I would say about this place that wasn't all the best was the food for breakfast it was kind of cold although they do give biscuits and gravy eggs sausage that's all nice and good but it would definitely taste better if it was warm other than that it was a good experience and I enjoyed it and I would definitely stay there again"

"Staying at an airport hotel usually involves only a few requirements for me. The first is a clean and comfortable room. Second is an airport shuttle. This hotel the room was comfortable.
However, I signed up for a 4am shuttle at the suggestion of the front desk. At 3:55, I arrive downstairs for the shuttle. By 4:10 still nothing. I ask the front desk person who is now working hard making breakfast. He says he doesn't know anything but that usually the shuttle just does loops. At 4:15am, I ordered a Lyft.
I'll never repeat a stay here as it's a simple requirement and every airport hotel I've in around DIA has been able to accomplish."

"Nice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!

"It was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the
shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice."

"Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers."

DDustin PaulThe hotel has an immaculate lobby and friendly staff. The room was clean with typical amenities expected. They have a very large fitness facility with a good selection of equipment. There is no pool or free breakfast, but this hotel met everything I needed. I was very pleased.

PPalanayouxiaI spent the night at the Denver Airport, so staying in this hotel is the most convenient. The rooms are very clean and the scenery outside the window is good. Apart from the price being a bit more expensive, it is more about comfort when traveling outside.

(1) Tea/Coffee available 24 hours, breakfast is simple but enough choices, egg, sausages, waffles, bread, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea fruits
(2) Staff are professional, explain things well.
(3) Furnitures are slightly newer than the other Hampton I stay in.
What can be improved:
(1) I waited at Island 3 (Door 512) from 745pm till 830pm and called twice in order to secure the shuttle service. I saw other hotel shuttles already dropped by 4-5 times in that mins and even saw the other hotels shuttle, like Cambria dropped by within 30 mins. When I got to Hampton, it was already 850pm and also realised that the restaurant next door is closed. I understand that it maybe out of their usual service hour, yet I wonder if they can do a join venture service with other hotel brands so that customers could be picked up earlier.
(2) I was offered the room at the end of the corridor but there are loud water noise coming from the pipes when someone was using the toilet next door or upstairs. Since I was so tired after the longhaul and shorthaul flights and had not been sleeping for 30 hours, I went to sleep at night as usual. However, I am pretty sure that it would bother me when the day I am more sensitive to sound. I did not report it because it was just a short stay.
Overall, I would give a 4 star as the staff attitude (check in, check out and cleaning lady) and their service deserve great respect, standard up to par breakfast and clean room.

GGuest UserThe transportation is convenient. You can take the Free Mall Ride or other buses nearby to Union Station and then take it to the airport.
There are free drinks in the lobby and many breakfast options.
The bed in the room I stayed in was relatively soft and the air conditioner was a bit loud.
I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but the front desk said it was not available.
It is worth mentioning that when traveling in Denver, don’t miss NBA games (the hotel is about a 5-minute drive from the Ball Arena. Do not bring handbags larger than 4 inches x 6 inches x 1.5 inches. Backpacks are not allowed). You must also visit Red Rock and Amphitheater.

GGuest UserWe love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel, the staff was amazingg. Every staff member helping us were very friendly and helpful. We travelled from Texas to elope and were wanting to check in very early, they didn’t have anything but that was expected being that we arrived at 8 am! Although they didn’t have one ready they STILL gave us free breakfast! On top of that they gave us free drinks at the bar as a newly wed gift! Again not expected. The chef also came out later when we went to the bar at night and gifted us delicious dessert, this hotel made us feel welcomed in Colorado . We def. Will be back.
