"The room is relatively small, but fortunately there is a garden for fresh air. It is a distance from the city. Because it is a wooden house, the sound insulation is relatively poor. The houses next to it are snoring and the noise of cars on the road is quite noisy. After returning from going out, I finally got to the room and went directly to the sauna room. The room was very hot and I had to turn on the air conditioner for half a day. It was also very cold in the morning because it was not heat-insulated. There are generally few options for breakfast. If you go late, you can only eat instant noodles. Service: Not bad Recommended Hygiene: The cleaning is great and the swimming pool water is relatively clean"

"Choosing Little Deer Villa Resort was absolutely the best decision we made for our Chiang Mai trip. The entire experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my list of must-stay places for future visits to Chiang Mai! First, I have to rave about the breakfast! Every day, the food was fresh and plentiful. They had authentic Thai dishes like rice noodles and fried rice, as well as fried chicken and American-style omelets. There were also refreshing Western options. The hot, freshly prepared food smelled amazing, and the ingredients were fresh and portions generous – a perfect start to a vibrant vacation! Transportation was completely hassle-free, a true godsend for lazy travelers! The resort provides shuttle services to and from Chiang Mai city center. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. The shuttle schedule is very convenient, saving time and worry, so you don't have to bother researching transport or haggling for taxis. Even if you want to explore on your own, transportation in the surrounding area is very accessible, making getting around stress-free. The villa's overall environment is also super comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy, surrounded by lush greenery, making it quiet and healing. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle yet doesn't lack convenience. The staff are incredibly friendly and respond promptly to any requests – truly thoughtful and attentive. Whether you're a couple on vacation, friends traveling together, or a family, this place is perfectly suited. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai!"

"My child is attending school nearby. The hotel is very close. The hotel is conveniently located. There are 711, KFC, and massage nearby. The hotel room is clean and new. The bedding is comfortable. The room price is very cheap. The parking lot is large. It is more convenient to rent a car. I will stay here next time I go to school."

"Amazing place on a very steep location with everything that looks like it was built hundreds of years ago but also brand new. Beautiful views from everywhere and also from the pool.  Friendly, helpful staff who were always available.  No need to go anywhere because the restaurant meals were fantastic.  We would love to come back again."

"I planned the last few days of my trip here, away from the hustle and bustle, to quietly rest and relax. The resort has beautiful surroundings, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful; two of them speak Chinese, which made communication easy. The staff around the resort are warm and polite. It's also convenient to take a taxi to popular spots like the Black Forest Restaurant and the Night Safari."

"We stayed in the hotel for five nights, we really enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed with the hotel facilities it is really nice to have animals in the resort that made my five years son busy all the time.. The location is spacious.. My elder son had good time to train at golf area and the price is affordable.. Big thank to the staff in the lobby and in the restaurant Mr. Neun, Bell and yang sorry I couldn't memorise the names but all of them without exception are welcoming and supportive. I propose to have Halal food in the menu so everyone can enjoy the food."

"Wonderful manager. Recently renovated. Very friendly and welcoming. Very green. Nice wooden carvings on balconies. (It felt peaceful. I didn't mind the occasional airplanes flying overhead.) Location depends on what you are looking for."

"Quiet accommodation, suitable for relaxation, has a swimming pool, good price rooms, very soft beds, convenient transportation, delicious food of the accommodation. The younger staff take good care of it. It is close to the Grand Canyon Water Park and near many cafes."
