"The hotel is very standard, the rooms are clean and safe, the hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich.
The shortcoming is that the middle front desk order was not well coordinated, which delayed some time, but Ctrip customer service was very timely in solving the problem! Praise!"

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the cheap taxis in Miami make up for it.
I must commend the proactiveness of the lobby staff. I arrived at the hotel an hour early, and they told me there was a clean room and checked me in.
There seems to have been a problem with the coordination between Ctrip and them. During check-in, they said I had underpaid taxes, but while I was calling Ctrip, they had already had the lobby manager resolve the issue for me.
The hotel is next to Dolphin Shopping Center, but the nearest road was closed. The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but it only runs once an hour, and there was no bus at noon. It's practically useless."

"The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!"

"This is the third stay. The last stay was when I was asked to pay cash for a deposit, and then I was swallowed by the front desk.
This time I found that the waiter's front desk was changed and the service was much better than before.
Facilities: complete, can arrange cooking.
Environment: Although it is near the airport, the whole is quite quiet. There is a Wal-Mart one kilometer nearby, and shopping is convenient."

"In order to catch a plane to live here the next day, there is a free breakfast, not rich, and met a group of tourists like South Asia Asan, fruits and the like grabbed away, eating ugly and dying. So I did n’t eat at the hotel, I ate at the airport myself. Hotel services and facilities are good, there are refrigerators and microwaves in the room to bring your own food. There is a Chinese restaurant called Qianlong Restaurant 150 meters nearby, which tastes good. The room was a bit poor, with shattered hair everywhere, making it uncomfortable to look at."

Basically, I always choose this brand when I come to the United States. The breakfast here is a little better than the same brand hotel in Fremont.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights but wished I only booked for 1 night. Was not aware that hotel didn't include free hotel shuffle so had to pay 30USD return for my own uber. Upon late arrival to hotel due to air traffic problems due to bad weather in miami our room door wasnt locked and bed wasnt made so we moved rooms. Hotel is about 15/20 mins drive from airport. I would not stay here again as location and no free airport shuttle is not appealing for me. The fact that I received no proper apology from hotel regarding my reserved room I would not stay here again!!

I feel that the requirements for our Chinese hotels are too high. A few thousand dollars abroad can’t provide the services and effects that a few hundred dollars domestically. Domestic hotels should increase prices

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.
