"We stayed on the tenth floor. The room was relatively new and soundproof. Check-in was in the middle of the lobby on the first floor, surrounded by ** machines, and there was a smell of cigarettes on the first floor. "Booo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky ****** needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are various restaurants around, gas stations, convenience stores, a parking fee of 8 dollars, and the front desk service is friendly. There is free coffee and hot water in the lobby. The room is a suite. The shower in the bathroom is broken, the water pressure is very low, and the water flow is very small. Generally speaking, the price is not bad. It is OK to travel to Lake Tahoe for one night."

"The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!"

"Just beside the small river, cross the bridge and walk more than 200 meters along the river to the car museum to see the various cars carefully collected by the casino owner. A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos."

GGuest UserThe hotel is a mid-range hotel in westin. The room is very new and relatively large. The location is in a better area of Reno City. The bed was very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy, maybe because the windows were not closed tightly. The public area on the first floor is relatively large. The gym facilities are okay and the breakfast is also good.

GGuest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was in trouble, the hotel said that the credit card was not paid, Trip.com was still very good and it was solved quickly. The hotel staff was also very kind and let us carry the luggage up first. The room was a bit old, the bottle of conditioner was empty and did not add it. We stayed late and didn't call again to ask for it. Pool indoor but small, no jacuzzi. We made a living for one night

I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.

LLILIThe lobster buffet must be tried, the children like to go to the fun center, a variety of games, we did not include breakfast, so it is not clear. There is a 24-hour restaurant on the first floor, and the children's menu is good. There is parking lot, rest assured!
