I had a late check-out arranged through Trip.com, and no one disturbed me, so I slept in until I naturally woke up. The front desk staff were all smiles and incredibly friendly, especially Xiaoqiu and Mengmeng. They really made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Shenyang. If I didn't have other travel plans, I would have loved to stay a few more days!"

Although some stains on the sofa are hard to clean, they should still be kept as clean as possible, otherwise, it detracts from the user experience. Also, some hidden corners, like the bathroom floor corners, weren't cleaned thoroughly enough; please pay attention to these details. Environment: The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The building management is good, offering a sense of security. Service: They were quick to help with my requests. Even though there's no robot delivery for takeaways, the hotel has dedicated staff who bring orders up, so there's no need to worry. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money! I paid to upgrade my room type, which was also excellent. The bedding was clean. The pillows were too low; an extra pillow should be provided for guests. Also, the cleanliness of the room's floor and desk could be further improved."

"This is our first choice of hotels in Shenyang. The management is excellent, and it shows in how the staff do their jobs and how they treat customers. It is always a pleasure to interact with the competent, efficient staff at the front desk. The kitchen staff prepare an excellent breakfast and are always friendly and welcoming even during the busiest times. Housekeeping on the eighth floor, especially Ms. Liu, made sure our rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully stocked with water and toiletries. She would regularly inquire whether we needed anything else during our stay. Overall, the hotel is clean and welcoming. "During the Chinese New Year, our family of three traveled to Shenyang and stayed at the Hotel Jen, managed by Shangri-La Group. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the subway, and offers free parking for those who drive, making access incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The two-bedroom, one-living room suite was perfect for families with older children. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in closet was huge. It had a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. Even though there were many guests during Chinese New Year, food was replenished quickly, and the service was prompt. As southerners, my family especially loved the mini wontons, sticky corn, sausages, and various stir-fried vegetables, which were all delicious. The soy milk and congee were also quite good. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Shenyang in the future."

During my recent stay, I wasn't feeling well and had limited mobility, so I reached out to her just to see if she could help. Alisa was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout. Without a moment's hesitation, she proactively offered to pick up my takeout from the hotel entrance and even delivered it right to my room. Her attention to detail was exceptional! She not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly touching, and I feel so lucky to have experienced such amazing service during the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely choose Hilton Shimao again, and I'll be looking for Alisa!"

"This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to the three northeastern provinces, so it definitely deserves a five-star review. 1. The hotel's central location is convenient for transportation and offers beautiful views. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room directly overlooked the TV Tower and Youth Park. 2. The interior decor is new, stylish, and comfortable. The room itself was incredibly spacious and luxurious (the only minor flaw was that it was hard to tell if the light switches were on or off, so you had to try them out to find the right one). 3. The buffet breakfast was high-quality and unpretentious, fresh, hot, and delicious. The food displays were clear and easy to navigate, making it convenient and pleasant to dine. 4. The value for money was excellent. Just before check-in, I noticed the price was significantly lower than when I originally booked, so I re-booked (I feel Ctrip should proactively notify customers of lower prices, especially since they collect a deposit and should offer a best price guarantee). 5. This is truly a must-stay hotel in Shenyang."
