"During the Chinese New Year, our family of three traveled to Shenyang and stayed at the Hotel Jen, managed by Shangri-La Group. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the subway, and offers free parking for those who drive, making access incredibly convenient.
The room was clean and tidy. The two-bedroom, one-living room suite was perfect for families with older children. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in closet was huge. It had a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays.
The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. Even though there were many guests during Chinese New Year, food was replenished quickly, and the service was prompt. As southerners, my family especially loved the mini wontons, sticky corn, sausages, and various stir-fried vegetables, which were all delicious. The soy milk and congee were also quite good.
This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Shenyang in the future."

"I had a very satisfying stay! They honored my room request. It was great value for money, and the soundproofing was excellent. I had a late check-out arranged through Trip.com, and no one disturbed me, so I slept in until I naturally woke up. The front desk staff were all smiles and incredibly friendly, especially Xiaoqiu and Mengmeng. They really made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Shenyang. If I didn't have other travel plans, I would have loved to stay a few more days!"

"This hotel is located very close to the Middle Street Grand Marshal's Mansion, which is a fantastic location. The design is also very nice. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The complimentary bottled water in the room is unlimited, which is a great touch! The TV's screen mirroring feature was very convenient to use, and my kids had a blast with it. The best part, though, is the free underground parking. Being able to park for free in a bustling area like Middle Street saved us a ton of money, and it felt very secure. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money, with excellent service and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! A truly excellent hotel, highly recommended."

"This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to the three northeastern provinces, so it definitely deserves a five-star review. 1. The hotel's central location is convenient for transportation and offers beautiful views. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room directly overlooked the TV Tower and Youth Park. 2. The interior decor is new, stylish, and comfortable. The room itself was incredibly spacious and luxurious (the only minor flaw was that it was hard to tell if the light switches were on or off, so you had to try them out to find the right one). 3. The buffet breakfast was high-quality and unpretentious, fresh, hot, and delicious. The food displays were clear and easy to navigate, making it convenient and pleasant to dine. 4. The value for money was excellent. Just before check-in, I noticed the price was significantly lower than when I originally booked, so I re-booked (I feel Ctrip should proactively notify customers of lower prices, especially since they collect a deposit and should offer a best price guarantee). 5. This is truly a must-stay hotel in Shenyang."

Hygiene: The front desk informed me the hotel was newly renovated in 2023, so everything is very new. Although some stains on the sofa are hard to clean, they should still be kept as clean as possible, otherwise, it detracts from the user experience. Also, some hidden corners, like the bathroom floor corners, weren't cleaned thoroughly enough; please pay attention to these details.
Environment: The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The building management is good, offering a sense of security.
Service: They were quick to help with my requests. Even though there's no robot delivery for takeaways, the hotel has dedicated staff who bring orders up, so there's no need to worry.
Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money! I paid to upgrade my room type, which was also excellent. The bedding was clean. The pillows were too low; an extra pillow should be provided for guests. Also, the cleanliness of the room's floor and desk could be further improved."

LLanJiangFrom the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits.
Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet.
One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip.
The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat.
This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

GGuest UserOn this business trip to Shenyang, I definitively chose the Manji Blue Diamond Blue Hotel. The location is superb, just a short walk to the subway station, making it convenient for getting to the North Station and shopping districts. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they proactively helped with my luggage. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that wasn't saggy. The smart home system for lighting and curtains was incredibly convenient. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was also well done. The 24-hour gym and laundry room are perfect for business travelers, and the breakfast offers a complete selection of fresh Chinese and Western dishes. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenyang!

YyuanaitThis hotel doesn't live up to its reputation as the 'best in the Northeast.'
First, the doorman didn't help with our luggage.
The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing with garbage (including Pop Mart packaging) and hadn't been emptied for a long time.
The lobby being on a higher floor is actually quite inconvenient. The elevator shaft was incredibly noisy due to wind.
Secondly, there were no welcome fruits. After asking, it still took a long time for them to be delivered. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready, so we left our luggage at the lobby's baggage storage. We came back to the hotel after dinner, around 5 PM, and our luggage still hadn't been sent to the room! When we asked the duty manager, the explanation was that they were short-staffed due to the holiday and couldn't manage it.
Thirdly, the hotel management is chaotic. There were influencers taking selfies everywhere in the entrance area, and no one stopped them (see video). I asked a hotel staff member on that floor, and they said they couldn't do anything about it.
Pros: The room size is decent, and breakfast was good.

Besides a living room, a dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom, it also had a separate study and another laundry room. The breakfast was also very rich, with many egg options and even Japanese natto. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

The resort grounds are expansive, with a tranquil environment and excellent greenery. The moment you enter, you instantly feel like you're on vacation. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a very restful night's sleep.
The biggest highlight was the hot spring area. There was a wide variety of pools, and the water quality was clean, with both indoor and outdoor options. After a soak, I felt incredibly relaxed, making it perfect for a weekend escape. The public areas were also well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and always prompt in assisting with any issues.
Breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great, with timely replenishment. Overall, whether it's for a family trip, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing break with friends, this resort is an excellent choice.
