"The hotel and staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful staff helped us with checking us in quickly, and getting us a motorbike to rent for the weekend. The breakfast was included but, it is nothing to brag about and not bad..just mediocre.
The location off the “touristy” area/beach, which doesn’t have much food to choose from; it was quiet and relaxing. Location was good.
I was put on to the 12th floor, really nice, with a view of the city.
The only downfall was that the WIFI didn’t work except for the first 15 minutes we were in the room. Both my phones and computer couldn’t connect, and phones weren’t picking up any signal from towers to use hotspot. Real bummer."

"This is a new hotel; some of the beach bungalows are still under construction, but that won't bother you; in fact, it really highlights the place's newness. "The hotel hardware is OK, but the check-in and check-out efficiency is too slow, and the toiletries are no different from those of those small hotels that cost 200,000 yuan/day. The worst thing is the breakfast, with few dishes and super unpalatable, and the fruits are rotten (even lowering the hotel's grade than not providing fruits)"

"I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel has many floors, but there aren't enough elevators, so there was always a long wait. During peak hours, they were often full, which made getting in and out quite inconvenient. Breakfast also got very crowded, and the layout wasn't great, affecting the dining experience.
However, the room itself was comfortable, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the sea view from the balcony was beautiful. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel, making it very convenient. Overall, it has clear pros and cons. I hope the hotel can improve the elevator situation and breakfast arrangements during peak times in the future."

"We stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night. What I liked: the friendly and pleasant receptionists at the front desk; they were very polite.
Of course, the hotel itself isn't very new; it's seen better days. The lobby's appearance makes that clear from the moment you step in. The room itself was decent and spacious, though the numerous stains on the wall made it a bit unpleasant. The bathroom wasn't very convenient; there was nowhere to put toiletries. The room had clean towels, but the sheets were another story. At first, I thought they had forgotten to change them because there were so many strange, unidentifiable stains. I asked the receptionist if my bedding had been changed. It turned out the bedding was new, but apparently, the stains hadn't come out in the wash. Since it wasn't very comfortable to be in that bed, the receptionist offered me another room. There were also small stains on the sheets and walls in that room, but not as many.
What else I didn't like about this hotel: the damp smell, which made it difficult to be in. The dampness was noticeable in the bathroom, and there were small gnats. I understand the hotel staff aren't to blame for this, and they tried very hard to make my stay comfortable. The room seemed relatively clean, but the dampness made it very challenging.
For the friendliness of the hotel staff: 5 stars

"I had to make a reservation on the same day late at night and check in. Nevertheless, he responded very kindly, and the room was clean without any flaw. He kindly responded to the request for consecutive nights and the price is also cheap, so it is a hostel I want to come back!"

The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with one of the best bathrooms I’ve experienced in a hotel at this price point. The ocean-view bathtub was an absolute highlight and made for a very relaxing stay. I also appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request for a quiet corner room away from the elevators, which made the room peaceful both day and night.
The staff were friendly, communicative, and professional throughout my stay. They also kindly stored my luggage before check-in, which was very helpful after an early arrival.
The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable, and the hotel’s location makes it easy to explore the city while still enjoying beautiful ocean views.
During one of the busiest periods of my stay, room service took a little longer than expected, which is understandable given how busy the hotel was. What stood out most was how the team handled the situation. They were courteous, responsive, and genuinely focused on ensuring we left satisfied. Their willingness to listen and provide a thoughtful resolution demonstrated a strong commitment to guest experience and customer care.
Overall, Odin Hotel provided excellent value, comfortable accommodations, beautiful views, and attentive service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quy Nhơn and would gladly stay here again.

It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

My husband is handicapped it’s easy to walk him to the beach compares to other hotels nearby. Hotel is so close to beach. Unfortunately it doesn’t have balcony. GGuest UserWe booked two rooms for four people for three nights, rooms with street views, but on check-in day the hotel said they were fully booked and gave us a shared room for four people, with the window blocked by the wall of the adjacent hotel.
Additionally, the bath towels, small face towels, and bathroom floor towels were a bit old; although they looked clean, they had faint stains.

This property consisting of a hotel, a non-smoking apartment residence, and a smoking permitted apartment residence. The property is pretty new. Service staffs are pretty helpful and polite.
There is no phone in the room. You need to walk down to the front desk to ask for anything you need or want, including the basic like room cleaning on the daily basis.
