"Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel."
"The location of the hotel is not far from the kew bridge. The road is under construction at the door. The house is built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants to eat, etc., and there is gairl coffee, which is quite convenient. The hotel itself has a consistent style, breakfast is still more, the room is large, the overall business trip is more suitable, that is, the summer holiday is not beautiful."

"Hotel is good in very good location, I would just suggest that the board leading into the hotel should be Quite visible and big so people can see, it could be confusing sometimes as you lose your way, our stay was pleasant I would recommend this hotel ."
"good location for being near to heathrow and west london, otherwise it's a bit far to get to. Has gym, laundry room, and the rooms are good size with small kitchen. Room layout a bit strange with TV behind bathroom door, and bathroom door only opens halfway to stop it hitting the TV, but this is quite annoying. Otherwise good service overall."
"Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges
Rating: ★★★☆☆
I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton."

"The location is remote, except for a small supermarket, there is basically no business; no disposable toiletries are provided; if the quality of sleep is poor, it is not recommended to stay; there will always be train sound (it seems to end around 12 o'clock, and it starts again at 4 o'clock in the morning); The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation, just opposite the exit of Northfield Station on the Piccadilly Line, and it seems to be 6,7 stops to Heathrow Airport (within 20 minutes); There are about 10 stops to the city (about 30 minutes to King's Cross). In addition, breakfast is an unexpected surprise, 7 pounds, buffet breakfast, beverage coffee, bread, fruit, cakes, etc. are very complete, this breakfast is good value for money, it is recommended to buy when checking in (buy 9 pounds on the spot)"
