Good location near central station. Bus stations are also located near the hotel for you to get around the city with ease. Very pleasant stay for us.

The best location for sure. All you need is nearby. And we had the room facing the church the view was nice. Gym and rooftop was not open during the stay, due to the rain? Maybe

Double charged on my card. Even though I prepaid via trip.com
I was told to email the hotel to fix their problem wasting massive amounts of time
I gave them 3 separate opportunities to fix things.... things promised weren't delivered.

Great location. Competitive price compared to similar hotels in the area. Minuses: bad smell in one of the the elevator, no possibility to open the window in the room, no complimentary water in the room.

Have stayed here a few times now and always had a nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Nice addition to have the pool too although there isn’t much seating around the pool. Staff are friendly and location is perfect. The only thing I have to moan about is the deposit - even when I asked it does not get refunded, I have had to go through my bank every time to get the deposit back, maybe I’ve just been unlucky but it’s never been refunded to me from the hotel, I’ve always had to raise a query with my bank to get it back.
