"Great for convenience close to ferry terminal had everything you could have for a lovely short stay. no toaster in kitchen plus it has a sign stating if you set smoke alarm off you will incur a $1500 fine which is fair enough. I feel like a kitchen without a toaster doesn’t make it a complete kitchen. Also traffic sound comes through both glass doors."

"The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average."

"I booked the hotel through Ctrip, but had to pay again upon arrival. After check-out, Ctrip wouldn't refund the money they charged, and the price on Ctrip was higher than the hotel's. The hotel also overcharged. While the location was good, the decor was mediocre, leaning towards a simple, minimalist style. The room lighting was too dim, and the black toilet was rather unusual. Perhaps the hotel prioritized environmental protection over other aspects, such as the facilities, which felt like they were prioritizing environmental friendliness for the sake of it. For example, the clothes hangers, costing nearly 2000 AUD, were made of paper. The showerhead was also damaged. Overall, it wasn't worth the price, especially considering the extra 50 AUD charge. The hotel staff also didn't seem to care enough about their guests."

"Fantastic hotel!!! I come to many hotels and this was by far the most beautiful thing I visited. Everything was very clean and very friendly welcome. From here you can explore the whole city without distant travel. Directly from the hotel you also have a walking bridge to South Banks. In the hotel you also have the sky deck with a great view of the city. Highly recommended"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right on Queen Street. You can easily walk to South Bank just by crossing the bridge, and public transportation nearby is very convenient. My room type booking was incorrect due to an issue with Ctrip, but it was resolved very quickly, and the hotel staff were very proactive. The breakfast was good, and staying in a triple room with two people was very comfortable, as it had two bathrooms. Room cleaning was also done promptly. Overall, I highly recommend it. The front desk supervisor is Chinese and speaks Mandarin, which made communication very smooth."

"The best thing about this art hotel is its two king-sized beds, perfect for families traveling with older children. The location is great, right under Story Bridge, and it's very convenient to get around with the City Cat, as the ferry terminal is just a short walk away. Breakfast is a set menu from the downstairs restaurant (which is also open to the public), not a buffet. The portions are quite small, definitely not enough for men, but the food tastes really good. The downsides are the almost non-existent service. The room has a rather punk aesthetic, with large portraits of the designer hanging on the walls, which felt a bit unsettling. The toilet is completely black, and the overall color scheme is quite dark, making it hard to really gauge the cleanliness. Bottled water isn't provided, but you can fill up at the water dispenser on the first floor."
