"The hotel room was clean, but not the shower or floors. They are renovating the restaurant and was not told anything about it. They relocated the food upstairs but barely anything on offer and so expensive. Now they don't have buffet for breakfast only a set 2-3 meals and steal charging the same price for less food. . Complained to the manager and she said she would get back to me as was confused l why l wasn't notified of the renovation, still waiting for the call back, it's been 2 days,Then she had the nerve to say that l am the only one complaining but when l went upstairs to find out the lady behind the counter told me she has already passed on all messages how so many people were angry about less food but still charging the same amount. Also the pool it is covered with leaves and bugs."
