On the day of our check-in, due to a shortage of beds, the hotel did not provide us with the King bed we had booked and instead gave us a Queen bed. The next day, when we requested a King bed again, they required us to pay a cleaning fee to switch room. The room’s carpet and sofa were covered with many stains! The front desk staff generally lacked professionalism. As our room was on a high floor, there were two nights when it seemed like there was a draft, creating unsettling noises. We requested the apartment to send someone to inspect it, but the hotel informed us that the apartment did not have professional maintenance staff. Not only did he leaves work at 5 PM, but the so-called maintenance personnel was actually a security guard. However, there were some positives, such as being in one of the tallest apartments and having a good location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. 1. Lighting: The lighting in the room could definitely be improved. Even with all the lights switched on, the room felt dim. Additionally, the lighting control could use modernization; I had to switch off each light individually, which was quite inconvenient without a master switch. 2. Housekeeping Service:The housekeeping service needs enhancement. The dental kit, which includes enough toothpaste for just one day, was not replaced daily by default, and I had to repeatedly request it. Furthermore, slippers were not provided in the room, which is not something I would expect from a 5-star hotel. 3. Communication: I also faced issues when trying to contact the reception and housekeeping to arrange for the missing items. My phone calls from the room often went unanswered, which happened multiple times during my stay.

Have stayed here a few times now and always had a nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Nice addition to have the pool too although there isn’t much seating around the pool. Staff are friendly and location is perfect. The only thing I have to moan about is the deposit - even when I asked it does not get refunded, I have had to go through my bank every time to get the deposit back, maybe I’ve just been unlucky but it’s never been refunded to me from the hotel, I’ve always had to raise a query with my bank to get it back.

Hotel operations vary in size, function, complexity, and cost. Most hotels and major hospitality companies have set industry standards to classify hotel types. An upscale full-service hotel facility offers luxury amenities, full-service accommodations, an on-site restaurant, and the highest level of personalized service, such as a concierge, room service, and clothes-ironing staff. Full-service hotels often contain upscale full-service facilities with many full-service accommodations, an on-site full-service restaurant, and a variety of on-site amenities. Boutique hotels are smaller independent, non-branded hotels that often contain upscale facilities. Small to medium-sized hotel establishments offer a limited amount of on-site amenities. Economy hotels are small to medium-sized hotel establishments that offer basic accommodations with little to no services. Extended stay hotels are small to medium-sized hotels that offer longer-term full-service accommodations compared to a traditional hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

MmatthewMy room actually very close to construction site. The workmen can see into my room and see what I do in the room. Had to close the curtain all the time. Also, this morning the housekeeping lady just knocked the door and went into the room. I was half naked and doing stretching. I yelled as it’s very very very annoying. The gym small but not enough weights and equipment. No need so many treadmills, sparing some space for stretching or HIIT is good.

HHoSylviaWe were granted early check in shortly before 12pm. Unfortunately due to some issues, I was given the keycard to a room that’s already occupied and the occupant slammed the door in my face when we opened the door. I assumed he was shocked too. Was quite upset and shocked and went down to the concierge. Thankfully they were able to give me another room and we were compensated with 2 days of breakfast as service recovery. That was much appreciated. Breakfast is amazing.

GGuest UserThe team at the front desk were amazing and truly the only highlight of my stay—they were helpful and accommodating throughout. Unfortunately, both rooms I was placed in had significant mould issues. The first room had visible mould throughout the unit, and while the second room was slightly better, it still smelled strongly of mould and had noticeable mould spots. As this is not a budget hotel, I expected better care and maintenance to ensure the rooms were up to standard. The mould not only made my stay uncomfortable, as I was continually breathing it in, but it also made me hesitant to use the kitchen facilities, with items like the cutting board visibly affected by mould. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money as the mould issues made the stay far from worth the price I paid. It’s disappointing as the front desk staff did their best, but the condition of the rooms fell far short of expectations.
