Note positive: La posizione se si cerca la tranquillità e la colazione, ampia scelta e tutto di ottima qualità. Le note positive purtroppo finiscono qui. Iniziamo dal fatto che abbiamo prenotato 2 appartamenti con balcone (2 coppie con 2 cani). Al nostro arrivo ci troviamo una camera con balcone e una senza, dopo aver spiegato in reception che la scelta del balcone era funzionale alla presenza dei cani ci viene risposto che purtroppo non c'erano altre camere libere (consideriamo che la sera prima del nostro arrivo ci è stata mandata una mail dove venivano confermati i 2 appartamenti con balcone). Morale della favola ci siamo dovuti adattare. Al momento della prenotazione ci è stato chiesto sia un numero di carta per garantire la prenotazione che il pagamento di caparra pari al 20%. Bonifico da noi subito effettuato, peccato che durante il primo giorno di soggiorno ci venga riaddebitato sulla carta un ulteriore 20% come caparra senza avvisarci. Su nostra richiesta di spiegazioni ci viene detto che la ragazza ha sbagliato e finita li. Magari la disponibilità sulla carta ci serviva per altro ma evidentemente non era un problema loro. Venendo agli appartamenti sono datati e con una pulizia scarsa. Sotto il letto abbiamo trovato polvere come se non venisse passato l'aspirapolvere da giorni. Stanchi dal viaggio ci siamo messi a dormire senza voler ulteriormente lamentarci. La mattina dopo usciamo e al nostro rientro troviamo con piacere la camera rifatta (la polvere sotto il letto però era sempre li ad aspettarci) e asciugamani cambiati. Peccato che questa ”pulizia” sia però stata un errore perchè quando il giorno dopo ancora, al nostro rientro, abbiamo trovato la camera non rifatta, chiedendo info in reception ci viene risposto che la pulizia del giorno prima non era prevista ma bensì un errore da parte del personale. Altra situazione che denota una totale disorganizzazione sta nel fatto che, avendo i cani, non ci è concesso l'ingresso alla sala ristorante ma solamente al bar, fino qui nessun problema, eravamo stati avvisati prima. Peccato che non è stata avvisata chi gestisce la ristorazione che al nostro arrivo non aveva tavoli pronti al bar per darci la colazione. Vedendo l'andazzo ho chiesto se nel preventivo che mi avevano mandato erano compresi anche gli extra per la presenza dei cani come mi avevano confermato via mail (totale comprensivo degli extra per pulizia cani). Ovviamente a mia domanda la ragazza in reception mi dice che a quel prezzo avrei dovuto aggiungere un tot al giorno per i cani. Ovviamente innservosito da tale risposta e dopo aver fatto vedere lo scambio di mail mi viene detto che c'è stato un errore di comunicazione, mi sono ovviamente impuntato e fortunatamente non mi hanno addebitato nulla. Nota positiva alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno fatto un piccolissimo extra per la mancanza del balcone. One of the Life Hotels. Located halfway up the canyon, it overlooks the city at the foot of the mountain (not isolated, suitable for self-driving). The view is very wide, the hotel facilities are complete, the room area is very large in the same level, especially the swimming pool has excellent water quality. The children who traveled with us were charged half the room rate, which is probably the practice of hotels in the German-speaking area. The front desk responded gently and politely, impeccable.

Incredible room, the property is a one-all with the environment and the room materials and layout are coherent woth the landscape. People are friendly. Food is terrific. The spa is out of this world, possibly one of the best in any 5 star hotel. Sadly the room wasn’t the cleanest but we were happy to have our early check in accommodated. The staff quickly resolved it and apologised.
