Our 2nd time at the wonderful Hotel Montis and another wonderful stay. Great location, friendly staff and guests, wonderful food and of course, the amazingly restorative Aperol Spritz. after a full day on the ample reds, blacks and off-piste runs. Always had good snow and sunshine and looking forward to coming back for a 3rd time with our famaly in March…

We arrived to find we did not even have a room as they had double booked and we had to spend the first night in a different hotel from the rest of our group.They then lost our luggage and it completely messed up up our first day skiing. No manager on duty to sort anything out. Reception staff completely useless. On check out it was too much trouble to open 30 minutes early so we could get a hot drink before a 2 hour 30 min transfer. Kids running around corridors shouting and screaming until late at night but staff thought it was acceptable. Spa was a joke with kids shouting and screaming. Would not staying this hotel again if they were giving the rooms away for free. Soo many other guests complaining about the same things. Hotel was a complete joke.

Nice, friendly helpful staff, very good food, OK rooms. But hands down the worst manager I have ever come across. Rude, aggressively accusatory, and overall a complete b****. She completely ruined our stay, and because of her would never consider giving this place business in the future.

Devo innanzitutto fare i complimenti alla gestione di questo bellissimo Hotel che cura ogni particolare e coccola la propria clientela con spirito imprenditoriale giusto. ( avevo letto delle recensioni poi risultate non veritiere almeno per quello che mi riguarda) e non ho trovato nulla da poter criticare! Personale: ben preparato, gentile e disponibile. Hotel: posizione ottima e tranquilla, vale tutte le 4 stelle, la mia camera la 104 era spaziosa, ben disposta, sempre pulita e silenziosa nonostante affacciasse sulla strada. Camerieri: sempre attenti e molto gentili. Servizio ottimo! Cucina: sempre varia, a cominciare dalla colazione dove trovavi di tutto e abbondante per soddisfare tutti i palati, ottima nelle varie scelte di cibo, (faccio i miei complimenti allo Chef) Ho lasciato i miei dati alla partenza per ricevere un preventivo di 2 stanze per il prossimo anno a patto che mi venga riservata la camera 104 e r sicuramente ci ritornerò. Riscone è una piccola frazione ma molto bella, Brunico è a pochi km e si raggiunge a piedi volendo. Il bus è situato davanti alla struttura e puoi raggiungere tranquillamente tutte le località gratis con la tessera che ti viene fornita al tuo arrivo. Che dire di più?

Wir sind das 1. Mal mit unserem Baby verreist und es war wunderbar. Wir wurden gleich bei Ankunft umsorgt, verwöhnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten zuerst Bedenken mit dem Kleinen in Urlaub zu fahren. Es war einfach traumhaft. Sehr entspannend und herzhaft. Jeder Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Speisesaal, Bar) war sehr bemüht, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank an alle und auf bald!

Wir waren im Februar zum Skifahren da. Nicht nur das Wetter sondern auch das Neu renovierte Hotel Montis hat uns überzeugt. Preis Leistung ist gegeben. Der Spa Bereich klein aber fein. Am besten hat uns der Aufguss gefallen. Könnt aber täglich stattfinden.

Wir waren bereits zum 3. mal im Montis ( Ex Schönblick) Der Jmbau und die Modernisierung ist echt gelungen. Das Schwimmbad ist nun richtig hell. Ebenso gefällt uns das Neue Restaurant und die Lobby. Zimmer hatten wir wie immer ein Deluxe. Auch hier war die Auffrischung mit Holzboden und neuem Sofa top. Essen wie immer 1A Bis nächstes Jahr Familie Steinmel

Tolles Hotel zum Skifahren. Das gesamte Ambiente sowie unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Skishuttels zum Skigebiet sind der Wahnsinn. Der Skiraum gleicht einem 5 Sterne Resort. Wir waren begeistert. Tiefgarage war vorhanden. SPA aureichend. Aufguss war gut.
