"The service was absolutely terrible!!! The dinner and breakfast restaurants clearly had plenty of seating, but when they saw us, Chinese people weren't allowed in. Later, Germans were allowed in. When we ordered a sunny-side-up egg for breakfast, we were lectured on how to say it. Seriously?! There was absolutely no service whatsoever. Simply making a request was met with constant rejection. Avoid this place at all costs!!!"

"This hotel is well situated for anyone who is traveling between the east and west side of the Dolomites. The room was clean but very basic, no coffee, water, safe or toiletries. The restaurant served set menu the night I was there, so not much to choose from. Nevertheless, the food was good. The service was excellent, both from management and from staff. They provided an excellent boxed breakfast as I started the day early, and was very helpful in some traveling suggestions. All in all it's a solid option for 1 night stay in the middle of the Dolomites and with some extra care and minimal investment it can be upgraded to an excellent choice."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a 10‑minute walk to the ski lift, which was extremely convenient. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was very warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate relaxation area that was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The hotel itself is very quiet, providing ideal conditions for rest and recovery after skiing. The service was outstanding, and the staff were consistently helpful and attentive. A special mention goes to the chef — every meal was absolutely perfect, and the restaurant team was friendly, professional, and responsive. We also enjoyed the pool, which was large enough and accessible throughout the day. The sauna, located separately from the pool area, was clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind after skiing. The highlights for our family (13 & 15 year old kids), was the hiking, biking, top quality food and drinks, unbelievable pool and spa facilities. We hired E-bikes from the Hotel great day out. Everything is on your doorstep. Spa facilities are great, lots of treatment options and interesting classes that I hadn’t tried before. The food is incredible and we eat out a lot! Loved it, we hope to return soon."

"Hotel Post was simply a gem of a place, central, well appointed and sleek. The Cosmo restaurant and the spa were real game changers: well priced and nicely laid out, never too busy. The rooms were nice, the cleanliness outstanding but the best feature was the superb service. From the kind receptionists booking us restaurants, to the chambermaids leaving everything sparkling and best of all, the transfers to the slopes with Agim. He was always kind and flexible, accomodating our needs and making sure we can focus on skiing. All in all, a great place to stay and enjoy everything Brunico has to offer."

"Have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Blitzburg and it's hard to imagine how it could have been any better. The Superior Oak Room we stayed in was generously proportioned and beautifully furnished in a modern style with traditional materials. The service was every bit as warm and welcoming as you might expect from a well-run family business. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, catering well for individual dietary needs. The bar was perfect for a pre-dinner drink, with just the right amount of conviviality without remotely getting boisterous. The shuttle to the ski lifts ran for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon making access to the slopes a doddle. The train station was a 2 minute walk away for adventures further afield. And the town is as elegant and beautiful as any I can remember. Many thanks to the Familie Baumgartner for making our family holiday quite possibly the best we've ever had."

"This is one of the best holidays I have ever experienced. Before coming, there was good communication where the shuttle will pick us up. After checking in we were able to have a late afternoon snack and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Our room is large with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. I was instantly put into holiday mode because of the vibe and ambiance of the hotel. All the meals we’ve had were delicious, meticulously prepared, and nutritious. We were with a toddler and they were happy to provide cow’s milk without additional costs. They even provided a crib and nappy pail in the room. The heated pool was so relaxing. There is a play area (Winki World) for kids and my toddler enjoyed it immensely visiting it almost everyday. They host activities such as cookie making. There is something for everyone we didn’t get bored at all. Some nights there was live music at the bar. We felt truly relaxed and enjoyed our holiday immensely. We truly collected a lot of ‘Wow’ moments. thank you, Winkler Hotel! We hope to be back again soon."

"We had a really nice stay first week of June 2025. Everybody in the Hotel is very friendly and they all try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our room on the 3th floor was nice and very clean. Most of all I experienced the 100% soundproof glass/window. Once closed you can't hear the road next to the hotel or any other noice. The food was every day nicely prepared with a variety of different tastes. I will certainly go back, because of the good care and the beautiful sorroundings in the dolomites."
