It’s nice and clean hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side. Location is great very easily accessible by public transportation.
But few major issues with the hotel. First one, it has horrible air conditioning. My room would not go below 25° C despite AC running full blast. I changed three different rooms but ended up with exact same issue which tells me that hotel overall has very poor air conditioning. This is when the outside temperature was below 20° C. I can’t even imagine anyone staying in this hotel when outside is 30°C. Breakfast is strictly OK and some of the food items could be stale and not the best quality. You can see yellow of the boiled eggs is almost black which means those were probably boiled couple of days ago. Quality of pastries was bad as well. Variety of fruits and veggies in breakfast was minimal. Staff was good overall but nothing they can do when there are infrastructure issues with the hotel

Fantastic hotel and brilliant location. The beds were comfy and large as were the rooms. There isn’t really the best view out of the hotel rooms, but that isn’t a problem as I found the hotel is a place to use as a base. There were some road works and construction taking place outside of the hotel during my stay. This didn’t impact on the night time and was quiet. The construction works weren’t very well segregated during the day, so this is something to bear in mind. Breakfast is included and is to a high standard and fantastic quality. A good stay all round.

We have been to other hamptons and this one is better with their front desk service and their amenities on demand. The location is perfect for going around different attractions.
One minor inconvenience which might already be solved by the time you are reading is that there was a road construction right in front of the hotel
