"This is a hotel with excellent value for money. I wouldn't exactly say the bed sheets were very clean. However, the staff were extremely friendly. They came to fix the bathroom power when it went out and even lent me a new hairdryer. They even switched my room because they encountered a problem while fixing it. It is a hotel with very friendly staff and a great location."

"All round the Corinthia Budapest is a great hotel with good prices and excellent service from very friendly employees throughout the hotel. Excellent spar. Relaxed lounge areas. The bedroom on fifth floor was very nice clean and comfortable. The heating system is set at a high temperature which can become quite uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Loved the Christmas decorations and Christmas Sunday brunch with free flowing beverages.  Very tasty food in the restaurant. The only issues we would highlight is the problem with the hotel being so big that the breakfast restaurant gets very crowded with delayed self service causing the food to become cold by time you sit down. This is also due to many guests leaving the Bain Marie food service warmer lids open as they are rushing to get food. Also the coffee is machines are not good quality or require servicing as the coffee was warm or cold once milk or cream was added. This was the case everyday over 5 days we never got a hot coffee.  Hot food and drinks are very important and this was unfortunately the only let down during our stay.  Hence the reason for a lower review score.  Aside from this I would recommend the hotel."

"Facilities: Excellent, very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Cleanliness: Clean and cozy. Environment: Right next to Fisherman's Bastion; you can see it just by opening the window. It's also next to the church where Princess Sisi was crowned. The location is absolutely superb! Service: The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied!"

"Very nice hotel! Perfect location - metro station, market, shops are nearby, pleasant park right in front of hotel. Easy to visit lots of attractions and interesting places on foot. Great view from a balcony, a lot of space in the room. Comfortable beds, bathcoats and slippers are also available on request. Tablet for ordering room services and communication with reception is very convenient as well. Good hairdryer in the bathroom, not like usual hotel small hairdryers. Delicious breakfasts, there was something new to choose every day. Very friendly and helpful staff 🩷 The only things I would like to have in the room - more hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom and the second feet towel for the second guest, we had only one."

"The room was nice; we booked a two-bedroom suite, and it was spacious. European beds are odd though, it's usually two 0.8m beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle. There are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel; we tried Vietnamese and Chinese food, both delicious. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and about a ten-minute ride to the main attractions. The room keys and locks are a bit old and broken; I'm not sure why they haven't switched to electronic locks. This area is the 7th district, and I noticed quite a few homeless people around. The surrounding neighborhood also has a run-down, Eastern European feel to it. I haven't stayed in other areas, so I can't compare. For a family trip, though, the value for money is absolutely excellent!"

"My boyfriend booked the hotel for my birthday and the hotel prepared dessert, fruits and Champagne for us for celebrating my birthday, it’s so lovely and much appreciated for this. Also, there was a mini bar in the room, we could get free drinks every day as well as coffee machine. The view of the room is good, we could see the city from the window. Overall, it’s a cute place to stay with a cheap price."

"The location is perfect near the square,service is good , breakfast was good also , they have nice area for breakfast out and inside seating , no fridge or kettle in room . My room was with balcony which was perfect view for the square."

"Intercontinental hotel was amazing. Service, check in was straight off no waiting. Food in bar was lovely and served till late. Reserve a river View room amazing views of the castle the bridge. If I was being picky bed clothes a bir light we went in February and requested extra blanket. Its a bit expensive but honestly we'll worth it when you see the other hotels around you. We will be back with family."

"Excellent experience! The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the room was clean. There weren't any coffee or tea bags in the room, but the bathroom was spotless and the bed was huge. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

"The bathroom had slight mold, and the sofa was a little dirty, but all other facilities were clean and well-stocked. There's plenty of transportation within a five-minute walk, and Lidl and Rossmann supermarkets are nearby. The room's soundproofing was a bit poor, but I emailed the manager and received a reply and the issue was resolved the same day, which I was very satisfied with. Overall, it was excellent! I would consider staying here again next time."
