From the bespoke entry gate, to the welcoming glass of champagne offered in the Lobby by the attentive staff, to the woodsy scent that wafts throughout the property, to the artistic design of the room - the Kimpton Bem Budapest embraced us as a home away from home that also doubles as a complete work of Art. The staff anticipated our every wish and even provided a spa bag to take to the thermal baths, complete with towels and slippers. Not to mention the bath robe for our Pug! We cannot wait to return to this exquisite property with the congenial staff that made our recent stay so memorable.

The staff, especially Flora were absolutely FANTASTIC! The entire support cast were remarkable, polite and just genuinely great people. It's impossible to complain about a single thing at this hotel, purely as it was just an incredible experience.
