We requested a review of the shower, due to very low pressure, they did nothing,
We stayed two nights, they did not clean the room or the bathroom
We booked five rooms, they charged us different prices for each room, a price higher than the reservation price,
We complained and there was no explanation

Centrally located budget hotel. Close to Oktogon metro station, Opera house and St Stephen’s basilica. Lots of eating choices, coffee in close proximity. Room is basic but comfortable, good bed, wifi was a bit weak at times. The only suggestion to the hotel is to provide a kettle/ coffee/tea facilities in the room , this would have been much appreciated

The location was very convenient, close to Budapest Nyugati Station. The room was as clean as a Japanese business hotel, and the shower room was also clean. I needed to leave my luggage after checking out, and there was a cloakroom with a lock, so it was safe from a security standpoint. If you make a reservation at "City Hotel Budapest", please note that you will need to check in at the Dormero Hotel next door. The reception at this hotel is unmanned.

My girlfriend and I searched for a long time before we decided on this hotel. The conditions are very good, and the location is excellent with convenient transportation. The hotel staff are warm and polite. We had a wonderful night here. I will stay here again if I come to visit next time.
