The room is generally clean. However, I am not sure if it is the smell of the cleaning product, there is a stinky smell when I first entered the room. Bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The best hotel in town. Beautiful and quiet. The staff is the best there is. They accommodate any request you have and are great hosts. Got upgraded after our proposal to the suite, That's such a nice thing to do.
All in all a the best experience.

Hotel is very modern and clean at a great location. Tram 2 right in front which helps to get to millenium tower for my business meetings. The gym and sauna are a great plus to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

The hotel is nicely decorated in modern decor. There's unlimited coffee and tea available in the lobby. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

First experience in Budapest. Living by the Danube is very convenient to go anywhere. We arranged a room on the inner street opposite a school. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast was rich in variety, basically European and American food, hot and cold dishes were good, vegetables, meat, cheese, and fruits were all good, and I didn't get tired of eating them even after a week.
Hygiene: The decoration is modern style, the wooden floor feels good underfoot, and it is very clean.
Facilities: The basic facilities are all there, the only drawback is that there is no bottled water in the room.
