Very quiet location which suited us perfectly, up by the Castle and Fisherman’s area. Served by Bus16 (carefull with bus 16A). Risco Italian round the corner is fantastic, no bars to speak of within 10 mins walk.
We were located just up from main hotel in the ‘petite’ location, Room 7 was lovely, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and free minibar is a nice touch. Staff at main hotel were lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Thoroughly deserves its Tripadvisor ratings.

This was my second visit to this hotel. Maison Bistro is a lovely establishment. It is cute and stylish. The location is perfect to wander on foot in the Buda Castle district.
The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and very well equipped.
Breakfast was delicious and various options à la carte were available too. We also enjoyed a nice diner menu that was offered for an affordable price to onboard guests. The meal was well presented and every dish very yummy. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller who is looking forward to have a special experience in Budapest.

This hotel is the most comfortable and beautiful during my trip to Europe these days. The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was fantastic, and the room was very large and beautiful.

The hotel is in a great location, beautiful and quiet. It is located in a 300-year-old building. It is within walking distance of Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle. Even if you don't go to the attractions, it's great to walk around.
I drove around the city and felt that the location of the hotel was the most worthwhile place to stay. The city was not very good and there was nothing to do.

The hotel is near the Fisherman's Bastion. It is on a mountain and not in the downtown area. It is inconvenient to drag luggage without taking a taxi. The room is relatively small, the bed and pillows are soft, and the sanitary products are all L'Occitane. It is not good that there is no kettle in the room. Special praise is that breakfast can be eaten from 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock, which is great. There is not much to do in Budapest. It's just the right time to go out for brunch at noon. Breakfast is a staple food (we ate four kinds in two days, and finally I caught a train one day and got a breakfast box) + bread, meat, cheese and other buffet, which was very rich.
