Gorgeous design hotel. Great discovery, the oldest hotel in Budapest. With a very modern design interior! Teh location is perfect for a quick visit to budapest in the middle of the castle district. Yummy basic breakfast included in the room. Was truely a lively experience!

Excellent location, well preserved building.
No elevator so avoid it if you have many luggage or difficulties in moving. Do not book with breakfast as they mean just two croissants and an orange juice.

The area is surrounded by historical buildings, and going to and from the hotel was a joy. The breakfast venue, the red refrigerator, and the red accents in the rooms were all really cute, and the warmth of a family-run business made for a very comfortable stay. I was attracted to the fact that it is the oldest hotel in Budapest, and I felt the resilience of a family-run business.

The room is beautiful! There is an exclusive private area, but the main reason is that the building is a 17th-century monument. It is considered a half-reserved area, so there is no elevator. It is not friendly to people with heavy luggage. Also, the air-conditioning in this room is very weak, so if you are a friend who is afraid of heat or Friends who are coming in summer can avoid it. But it’s very suitable in winter, it’s a romantic room! Breakfast is also paid, no need to pay extra! In terms of experience, except that it was too hot, everything else was great!

A beautiful hotel in the calm surroundings of Buda Castle. Everything here was perfect - the room, the location, the staff and the service. Our Frenchy breakfast was fresh and delicious (especially the incredible plum jam!) and we had a wonderful stay.
