Overall a good stay, but cleanliness needs serious improvement. The staff were very welcoming, polite, and helpful with any request. The structure is nice and the location is excellent just a 10 minute walk from the Parliament and 2 minutes from the city center. The area is beautiful and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The room was a bit small, but it included a private bathroom and a small kitchen, which was convenient. The presence of a hairdryer was also appreciated. However, the biggest drawback was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. The sheets were yellowed, worn out, and stained, with hair and dirt visible throughout the room. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant sewer smell, and the shower seemed unusable, so we avoided using it. My suggestion is to seriously improve the cleanliness. Given the excellent location and affordable price, even a moderate improvement in hygiene would make this place nearly perfect.

Great deal! The staff were lovely, the room was small but has absolutely everything you need and didn't feel cramped at all...the room was nice and warm at all times! Spotlessly clean. Easy access . Also the location is ideal. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

This place packs everything in to a small space without feeling cramped. Comfy bed, balcony, microwave, kettle, bath(!), basic crockery, tea and coffee, even a box of tissues. Basic but clean. Helpful receptionist. There is drinking water in the foyer and a toilet so we could use these when retrieving our luggage which they stored for us. We were on the 4th floor at the back. No noise issues even though the next door bar was just below - the double glazing was good. There is a lift if needed. Excellent value for money and location near main attractions but set back on a quiet street. The bar a few doors away was lovely (turn left out of the door) Mika Tivadar Mulat.

The location would not even be bad for a single night, the problem is not even the poor cleanliness but the fact that underneath there is a pub with a space behind where music "fires" until 4 in the morning so it is impossible to rest

We had booked five days for August 2022 but we had to cancel because they don't want to check in an hour after 10pm, closing time, so by 11pm, what a sadness and rudeness. Bad reception even before going there. I am very sorry.

Hôtel propre mais l'entretien laisse à désirer ,petite chambre au 5 -ème avec balcon, porte d'entrée :le verrou intérieur ne fonctionne pas ,pas de possibilité de prendre un bain ,le bouchon de vidange laisse passer l'eau ,le siège des WC n'est pas fixé ,l'espace pour accéder au lit côté gauche est trop étroit obligation de monter sur le lit pour se coucher ,des ressorts du lit sont cassés ,la télécommande de la tv ne fonctionne pas ,de plus un bar très bruyant est installé dans une cour au pied de l'hôtel et fonctionne fort tard ....

Fui con mi novio en marzo a pasar 4 noches alli y es un apartamento acogedor, con balcón y muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros desde que entramos hasta que nos fuimos. Muy barato, cerca de todo. El apartamento que cogimos era pequeñito pero no nos hacía falta más. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Budapest.
