I booked a room, but when I arrived they said it was fully booked, so I was arranged to stay in another hotel. The hotel they arranged was very shabby and was still under construction. The whole hotel was dirty and the air was full of paint smell. It was not suitable to receive guests at all.
The reviews online were very bad. I asked for a refund from the first day of my stay, and until I checked out on the fourth day, my request for a refund was completely ignored.
The hotel booking platform should also be held responsible. I booked the room after seeing your four-star review for this hotel, but the result was a complete disaster!
