"It was a a wonderful experience for a couple of first timers in Buenos Aires. After spending the past couple of weeks in hotel rooms it was so nice having an apartment to ourselves. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and modern. I want to give special thanks to the front desk, Javier. He was kind, helpful, friendly and gave us great suggestions for what to do whilst we were in the city. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

Grand King Hotel ★★★
"Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America. They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry "scan the QR code". When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street. Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better. The rooms were good and appropriately clean."

"The location is good and quite close to the station. There are also tourist attractions nearby, which is nice. The staff are friendly, but sometimes there are staff members who can't speak English. There's no refrigerator, but it's a good value-for-money hotel."
