Hotel with a good location, allowing easy access to the city's tourist attractions. Spacious room, very small beds. One minor detail is that at night, cockroaches emerge in large numbers from the bathroom.

This hotel seems to have an all male staff on the reception, all of whom are impolite and abrupt. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is poor with their unusual accessing system having to be re-inputted every five minutes. The hotel had one lift out of use on one day but there was no notice to guests to avoid using it. The bathroom in my room had no toilet paper or soap or shampoo on the first night and despite advising reception who then promised to replenish the items, nothing ever came until the next day. The pillows and bedlinen also had some unpleasant odour on them which created difficult conditions got me to sleep. Never again!!

Old hotel, but renovated, clean and very well located, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and right next door there is a wonderful restaurant that I recommend. La Casona Del Nonno (Parrilla) Good service. Daily rate with fair price. I recommend it.
