The worst bed in the county... we went with the 1-year-old baby and they gave us a room next to the cleaning depot, the room and the minibar are too basic. The qualification is the location

Este hotel es pésimo , la habitación tenía olor a humedad , el black out y la cortina eran de menor ancho que la ventana por ende entraba luz y sol al amanecer. El aire acondicionado de la habitación No funcionaba ( pleno verano ) , la mampara del baño no cerraba y cada vez que te duchas se moja todo el baño . Pésima atención en recepción .

Excelente hotel, estilo europeo con muy buena ubicación. Nos alojamos en una suite de lujo con muy buenas vistas hacia la 9 de Julio. Cercano a los mejores atractivos que brinda la ciudad. Es un hotel antiguo pero tiene buen mantenimiento, la atención del personal es muy buena, destaco la cálida atención de Alejandro, el mozo que nos atendía en nuestras cenas. Sólo recomendaría sin que esto le quite calidad que las sábanas sean ajustables ya que se salen del colchón y mejorar el stock de toallas, algunas están muy finitas. Todo lo demás excelente, el desayuno es exquisito y completo. Muchas Gracias!!

La ubicación es lo único bueno del hotel; claramente hace décadas que no se le da mantenimiento y se nota. Las sábanas deshilachadas, las almohadas prehistóricas y duras, los pasillos con mucho olor a viejo, la única tarjeta que te dan para el cuarto dejaba de andar después de un sólo uso y teníamos que bajar a recepción todo el tiempo, el desayuno muy low cost, el secador de pelo sólo andaba en “low” (sino se recalentaba y se apagaba a los 5”), no hay aire acondicionado, el control del televisor (tamaño tablet) no funcionaba… la verdad me parece rarísimo que ese hotel tenga habilitación.

Estuve solo una noche y sirvió para su cometido. Teníamos buena vista, la cama era cómoda, habitación limpias y amplia, el baño regular, y buena ventilación. La habitación marciano mejor que la presentación del pasillo que daba la impresión de sucio. El personal muy cordial.
