We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise ship departs. Nice hotel, friendly staff and a healthy selection of breakfast food. Hotel is close to cruise terminal, about a 5 minutes taxi/Uber ride. The hotel is not new but has been remodeled. After we returned from the cruise, we stayed in this hotel again before our return flight.

Fluffiest pillows, excelente guest service and good location, near to anything. Good breakfast, safe place outside. 2 elevators for 7 people each, 2 blocks from San martin square, 1 from Florida street, 1.5 from Pacific Galleries shopping mall.

The hotel looks fantastic and its very well located. Also the attention from the staff was nice. The room is big enough to receive two people. Each person is capable of putting their own things separated, which is very useful. A little problem for me was the bed. It was very comfortable, but quite small for me since i am 1,9 m tall. I guess i am the problem. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel is a fantastic location. Very close to great restaurants, shopping (including Galerias Pacifico) and cultural activities. The staff was truly professional and friendly making great recommendations and attending to our needs.

This hotel was booked for us by Exoticca as part of a group tour and we were very happy with it. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and even arranged a surprise birthday gift for my partner. Our room was large , recently refurbished, clean, with very comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Also fridge and kettle. A/c was very efficient The location was convenient for train station and with restaurants and shops nearby. It’s possible to do money exchange safely in the nearby shopping centre ( as suggested by the hotel reception) Excellent breakfast which was replenished throughout the serving time. I would choose this hotel again.
