The studios were really well located, a 15-20 minute walk to the Obelisk and to the Recoleta cemetery
When we arrived we were given a room on level 1 but we were not happy with the room and they gladly changed it for us to level 9 which was a much better and brighter room
The rooms were clean but they do need a good refurbishment as it was looking old and jaded

Remarkable things and others not so much, very well located and easy to find, easy reception and exit without great formalities, the comfortable apartment, very good bathroom with bathroom and excellent bed, very clean, with one against there are small cockroaches in the sector of the refrigerator, I did not have small spoons in the service to stir a coffee, there is a rather dilapidated armchair as a third bed and it would be interesting, they will leave sugar and salt at least

Local é bem estratégico com estação de metrô na rua ao lado e parada de ônibus em frente, portaria 24h com segurança também é bem legal (bem prestativos), o apartamento tem cozinha facilitando alimentação, chuveiro é muito bom, água quente em todos os aparelhos, pedimos cama de casal e não tinha, resolveram juntando as de solteiro, ar condicionado não estava funcionando e não resolveram (ignoraram nossa reclamação), maçaneta da porta trancou por dentro e ficamos presos até pedir para alguém da rua chamasse o porteiro pq não tinha números de contatos do interfone, 1 andar com bastante barulho da rua e dos sinais do elevador, apartamentos precisam de manutenção, parecem que estão desleixados, área social do spa e churrasqueira não oferecem condições de uso, na propaganda engana, mas a água do spa tava verde, academia estava trancada também, atendeu nossa necessidade mas poderia entregar o que prometia.

Estuve ahora en enero, 15 dias en el de Callao. La ubicación excelente, muy céntrico pero tranquilo. La seguridad del edificio absoluta, muy importante en esa ciudad Limpieza la necesaria para ser perfecta. La cocina con todos los elementos de una cocina . Y el precio mas que ajustado QUE MAS PEDIR ???
