The room was nice, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was simple but OK. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were super attentive and always extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to a friend, and I would stay again if I visit Buenos Aires.

The Bue Hotel was our best hotel experience in Argentina. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a bit on the small side. In fairness the latter was exacerbated by our need to pack for 5 weeks and 3 seasons. Our room had a private terrace facing a secure, inner courtyard, so both private and quiet. Breakfast was very good, offering eggs made to order and a cappuccino or any other special request the kind woman could create. Excellent service went all the way up to the owner/manager who lent us a stored value card for the subway and walked us down to the station to make sure we caught the right line. The reception desk was happy to arrange fixed-price car service for us via WhatsApp -- even four weeks after we checked out! The Bue Hotel has an excellent, walkable location in Palermo with lots of dining options within 500 m. There are mercados nearby if you need water or other beverages / snacks. The offer currency exchange at very close to the “blue” rate. The Bue Hotel was our best hotel experience in Argentina - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

O hotel tem pontos muito positivos e outros muito negativos – cabe a você escolher o que vai priorizar. Pontos positivos: a localização é excelente (perto do ECOPARQUE, de mercados e bares – e também do metrô, mas a linha estava inoperante em fevereiro/24) -, café da manhã simples, mas delicioso, staff bastante atencioso – com destaque para Mônica, a responsável pelo café da manhã, cuja simpatia, delicadeza e eficiência precisam ser destacadas (oferece e prepara na hora ovos, omeletes, sanduíches, e atende pedidos especiais com um sorriso permanente no rosto). Outro detalhe simpático: deixam à disposição dos hóspedes água, chá e café durante todo o dia. Pontos negativos: eu esperava um hotel despojado, como as fotos sugeriam, mas o quarto em que eu fiquei (204) me decepcionou demais. As instalações precisam de reforma urgente. O quarto, embora amplo e confortável, tem mobiliário e revestimentos muito antigos. O banheiro é a pior parte, com pintura descascada, equipamentos velhos e enferrujados, mofo e, para completar, toalhas puídas.

Es un hotel simple pero muy ameno. Esta bien ubicado en la zona de Palermo. El personal es sumamente atento. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias, sumamente limpias. El desayuno es tipo buffet. El huésped tiene la opción de servirse café o té durante todo el día en forma gratuita. Seguramente volvería.
