Me and my bff had really good time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, both the breakfast and dinner were tasty. The hotel's surrounding is beautiful, and well-maintained. There was always available parking spot in front of the hotel. The staff was kind to us. The wellness area was perfect. We are definitely coming back.

Terrible breakfast experience. Cuts, cheese slices stuck together in big bunches as opened from sealed packages. Tasteless egg, no fresh fruit. Lines waiting to get a Coffee from the machine. And similar, noisy, impolite guests. Environment is fine but max a 2 star culinary experience.

Newly renovated hotel with many entertainment options. They also thought about how you can spend your time in case of bad weather (spa, sauna, bowling, inside golf, ect…) The hotel is child-friendly, but there are quiet zones ..

Price performance very good, SPA area very large, everything very clean, sauna area excellent, staff friendly, food very good. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back.

Expectations of a 4 star establishment not quite met. People certainly understand the need for savings measures when energy costs are high. Unfortunately, this hotel saves at the expense of the staff, which is very scarce (example: at dinner we waited 45 minutes until we got something to drink, we had already arrived at dessert... There is also no at least visible guide or at least someone you can turn to The condition of the golf course is subterranean and urgently needs some investment, for example the clubhouse... We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with half board and were very disappointed with the breakfast and dinner. It was very frugal, unappetizing, little choice and one-sided, we have never seen anything like it in 4 star hotels. Disappointing 😞

The peace and quiet at this hotel and on the golf course are simply great! You feel absolutely at home. The food is very good, although you have to have almost everything warmed up because it is cold (buffet). The staff are also very friendly and attentive! There could be more staff at the bar in the evening, as you pay a service charge for each drink, but very often you have to get the drink yourself from the bar, otherwise the staff cannot make ends meet! The pedicure and manicure were an absolute nightmare! I couldn't walk for 2 weeks because the nail bed was infected - if I hadn't snatched my foot away from her, the "beautician" would have carried on happily! I stopped my manicure because she treated my nails in a chaotic manner with an electric metal cone file that you normally use for toenails - my nails are ruined for months - and I'm not talking about artificial nails!! She wanted to paint them, but it looked like it had been done by a 5-year-old child! So in conclusion: hotel super - SPA a disaster!

I had been missing from Bukfurdo for a few years, I often went there with my young children, I gladly returned knowing that a renovation was underway. It is still a Mr. Hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom holds up despite its age, they have equipped the pool area with a mezzanine with relaxing deckchairs which in my opinion takes away the noble grandeur it had before, unfortunately I haven't seen a single person get on it, except the receptionist who checked whether anyone actually got on the new structure. I would have made a massage area there, since my wife couldn't find a free hole to get a massage. The cuisine does not excel, the buffet has been renovated but without surprising me, the windows are very cheap, crooked and irregular. There is an excellent space for playing downstairs. Overall good, the thermal water was better before, the cost of the room was high. It's not worth it.
