GGuest UserFirstly, I was a bit disappointed with this booking through trip.com. Previous bookings always came with complimentary passes to the waterpark. For this booking, it was not indicated clearly that it was excluded. *********** advertised this listing as giving a huge discount when in actual fact, you’re just getting a measly discount considering the waterpark tickets were not included. I learn through the hotel website that waterpark tickets are packaged together with breakfast. So inflexible. But I think the free 3D museum tickets alleviates part of the unhappiness as my kids really enjoyed that.

Ffiqa mariposaOverall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality.
