"We took 4D3N for our small family, but were uncomfortable in lots of ways, and service was poor too. - No wifi - No toothbrush provided - No bedroom slippers - The room does not come with tickets to the water park. Paid separately. - Art museum free but need to go before/after Wednesday ONLY. - Tried calling `8` for room food service but nobody answered. Had to go down and eat instead. When asked why nobody answered, another person point out the other person should pickup the call. - Many games were broken down. - Pool maintenance was poor. Saw leaves and branches in the adult pool. - One of the room's air conditions was too noisy and the other was leaking. - Food wise, good enough for light breakfast."

"This resort is also a place for schools and universities to do their camp program. Our unit is landed semi-detach. We have double & single bed. TV in the room and they provide 3 water bottle n 2 cups. Liquid soap & shampoo in the bathroom. Hot water shower was fine. Parking is very convenient. Can buy food in their cafe and theres also a shop near reception office."
