Hygiene: Very clean, the only hotel that dares to use their kettle to boil water for drinking! It also comes with a bottle of alcohol spray for self-disinfection! The slippers used for bathing are also very clean and come in sterilized bags, so you can use them with confidence! Environment: Except that the room is too small and the open space in the middle is full of weeds, everything is very good! Personally, I don’t recommend going to Hemu Village in summer. It’s just a river, a mountain, and two bridges, nothing interesting to see! But Yunxiao Peak is indeed worth a visit, the scenery is really beautiful! Service: The ladies are very enthusiastic and have a very good service attitude! There is also a little black cat, which the children especially love! Before going to Hemu, my friends suggested bringing something to eat. Things in the scenic area are super expensive! This year, the leaders of the Xinjiang Tourism Bureau have worked hard and strictly controlled prices. Now, except for housing prices, other consumption is similar to that of ordinary scenic spots. A kilogram of stewed mutton is 198 yuan, and a portion of scrambled eggs with tomatoes is 38 yuan. I don’t think it counts. too expensive!

超級超級好！配備5名工作人員隨時在線為我們答疑解惑！誇誇店家的品味！房間的佈置、配套用品（小零食、洗漱用品、甚至是茶包）都很好！房間也很乾凈，晚上户外零下二十多度，房間依然很暖和！早餐也很好吃～下次來還會選擇這一家的！ 退房的時候還給了伴手禮55555！美女們真是太美好了！

在禾木兩天住了兩個民宿，第一個是旅行社給定的，就很一般，然後想着在禾木多住一天，就通過小紅書找到了這十二窗，設施和平時住的酒店沒差，環境比一般的小木屋好太多了！就很有安全感！而且老闆們服務簡直是太到位了！！入住前兩天就拉了羣！晚上有甜品，早上有早飯，有什麼事情在羣裏一説話，立馬就能解決！！！

因為跟朋友想第二天早起去禾木的日出觀景台，訂了離援疆橋比較近的民宿。民宿有一個大院子，一個小秋千，前台咖啡屋濃濃聖誕氛圍，第二天走到援疆橋就幾分鐘，很方便。 幾個店員小哥哥小姐姐都是年輕人，也都很nice，會很主動幫忙拿行李，這裏的早餐位置也挺好的，窗外直接目睹日照金山。

地理位置絕佳哎，靠近援疆橋，基礎設施齊全，房間衞生乾淨也是最佳看雪山地點，風景也超美，前台小姐姐服務細緻，幫我們聯繫人拿行李，很替我們着想，一定給5星好評
