The room facilities are great as shown in the room's sample photos. Our room was cozy to see the vibe outside among the villages and snow on grass.
Nana is very proactive and helpful to manage and guide to the room for us even though we do not speak Chinese at all.
Though we got some problem about shower heater, Nana and technician staff were enthusiastic to sort all things done and accomodated us an upgraded room.
We are impressed with the managing team during our stay.
The location is really great to walk to the bus transfer center, as you can walk to the homestay just for 7-10 minutes.
I recommend to stay here.

房間不錯，暖氣非常暖和，可以自己調節温度，這麼冷的天，屋裡暖烘烘的！娜娜的服務很到位，去之前溝通交通情況，講解的很耐心周到。到地方見到真人也確實是個非常有親和力的姑娘，進到房間內詳細講解了房間的注意事項，遇到問題也都及時完美解決啦！酒店位置距離下車公交站很近，周邊超市買東西，吃飯的地方都很近！

本來大雪封山，擔心去不了，無法退訂。聯繫了攜程客服，給了我們民宿店長的電話。店長説:如果確實來不了，不可抗拒原因，可以通過攜程退訂，他非常理解並支持。好在，運氣好，晚上9點到了！打了店長電話，到喀納斯換乘中心來接的我們。民宿距離換乘中心很近，幾分鐘徒步路程，村裡有公交車，坐一站也就到了，一兩分鐘。房間有地暖，特別暖和設施都很齊全，雖然是電熱水器，也特別熱，一切都特別好。第二天一起床，下雪啦！特別美！值得！謝謝管家娜娜～民宿還送了特產乾果

自駕北疆環線之前，在攜程上反覆比較，最終選擇了喀納斯山上雲下民宿，入住後果然沒有讓我失望，甚至超出了預期。民宿位置離換乘中心很近，出行方便，雖然房間是小木屋，但內部裝修及室內設備配置都很有檔次，房間乾淨衞生，居住舒適，還裝有地暖，在喀納斯景區秋季寒冷的雨夜使整個房間充滿了暖意。民宿工作人員服務周到，細緻體貼，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。特別是小美女莎莎，詳細介紹民宿情況和景區區間車運行情況及站點，方便我們遊玩，退房時見我們行李較多，還主動聯繫店長用民宿的車輛送我們去換乘中心轉運行李，為我們節省了不少時間。在景區遊玩的2天由於天氣原因觀魚台關閉，遊三灣也是冒雨進行，確實感覺有點美中不足，但民宿的服務給我們留下了深刻的印象，並讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺。下次若有機會重遊喀納斯，還會再次選擇山上雲下民宿！

缺點：是新裝修的房子，拼裝傢俱的二維碼都還沒撕掉，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，電力供應不足，洗衣機一用就斷電，一斷電就重新洗，斷電了兩遍，最後沒辦法自己手洗的，斷電的，不是我們房間。邊上的鄰居也在斷電，説明酒店整體電力供應是不足的，最讓我受不了的是，新裝修的氣味太大了，如果有孩子的，或受不了新裝修氣味慎重選擇，我們整宿是開着窗户睡的覺，問題是開窗還冷，我就身上蓋着被，腦袋裹着羽絨服睡的覺，現在是喀納斯旺季本來訂了兩晚，2000多的一間房，薰得我們連忙把第2晚退了。
優點：穿藍衣服長披肩發的小姐姐，去站台接了我們就幫我們提行李，在所有人裏面她的服務態度是最好的.有自己的餐廳，住宿的客人吃飯可以打85折，炒麪丁做的很好吃，酸菜魚我老公也説好吃，衹是魚不是新鮮魚，做法很好。離環換乘中心近，如果不坐車，走路不到10分鐘應該能走到。

民宿位於喀納斯老村，如果你和我一樣，喜歡安靜，那這家民宿真心不適合。這家民宿是承包團隊遊的，所以來往人很多很雜。我之前訂的時候看人家點評沒提到這一點，如果有人提到我就不訂了。我是從禾木過去的，前兩天住在禾木，沒有對比就沒有傷害。首先説服務吧，我是打了兩通電話才讓對方加上我的，因為我想提前知道進村和民宿路線，對方是很忙，能夠理解，拖到出發前兩天才聯繫上。其次説民宿設施吧，房間應該是新的，所以進去一股味道，管家和我解釋説是因為前兩天下雨天牆壁裏面的鋼板還是木板反出來的味道，我覺得應該是油漆或者澆水味，反正就是那種工業品味道，我們後來門一直開着，但是還是有。然後就是和我説洗澡衹能洗8分鐘，電熱水器衹有20升。我前兩天在禾木住，60升的電熱水器，洗頭洗澡根本沒問題，而在這裏，我都不好洗頭了，衹能每天匆匆忙忙沖洗下。這家民宿裝修的有點粗糙了，窗簾還是用這個，一點都不能遮光。然後説好的衣櫥，還不能掛衣服😂 總之不是很用心，唯一優勢就是地理位置好，其他真心一般，不值1900一晚的價格！
