工作人員很熱情，會提前詢問到點時間，幫忙搬行李，一路貼心引導。
房間佈置超有格調，隨便一拍都出片。露台景色絕美，在禾木獨一無二。
早餐豐富又美味，晚上還有特色晚安飲品。退房時，工作人員依舊幫忙搬運行李，服務超級周到。
還準備了遊玩攻略和飲食推薦的筆記，非常貼心，

環境：民宿超級美！房間、前台和室外都嘎嘎出片，特別是晚上燒的篝火和露台，拍照很有北歐的感覺
衞生：打掃的挺細緻乾淨的，也有提供一次性浴缸袋、一次性浴巾、一次性馬桶墊等
設施： 洗澡還是比較方便的，一次熱水足夠洗三四十分鐘。出行的話民宿也能幫忙叫車
服務：是我要狠狠誇的方面！服務很貼心到位！入住前就有聯繫溝通，入住後提供各種熱飲茶水瓜果，幫忙搬行李，還提供了很詳細的禾木好吃好玩好逛的攻略，需要幫忙的時候超級熱心！

非常好的木屋民宿，父母住的很舒適，一直稱讚好！從預訂後專門為我們的住宿創建了羣，裏面各司其職的工作人員都在，詢問我們的入住時間，為我們準備暖房工作，擔心長者着涼，詢問早餐與長者的忌口，和景區協調我自駕進入的事宜，為我預留車位，貼心的為我們分享遊玩禾木的攻略與美食攻略，避坑避雷，傍晚有一位特別美麗的小姐姐還精心為我們製作了暖心的熱飲，非常感謝這家民宿團隊的服務！下次來禾木我一定還住這裏！
