The room was very nice. It was our stopover on the Kanas trip. The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, and we could see marmots. I especially want to thank Aunt Lei, who was very, very welcoming and took the initiative to carry our luggage for us. We even let her eat breakfast even though we didn't have it! I like this aunt very much!

The hotel should have been newly opened not long ago. The service is very good in all aspects. Fruits are delivered every day. If you miss the breakfast time, the housekeeper will help you reserve breakfast. Three people are on a big table. Someone helped to deliver the luggage to the room. When I was leaving, they also helped to wash the car. I felt so embarrassed. Due to the weather, the water was yellow. A lot of mineral water was delivered, which was enough for washing.

The trip to Kanas ended perfectly, and this perfection was largely attributed to Ding Ting, an employee of Hongfu Hotel. We were very lucky to choose Treasure Hotel and meet such a fairy employee. Because the journey was decided by us temporarily, the hotel was booked in a hurry, and there was no time to plan the itinerary carefully. It happened to be received by the experienced Ding Ting, just like being touched by a magic wand, which opened up a full range of service experience. From self-driving route planning, to dress suggestions for scenic spots, to hotel room preference arrangements, etc., some things we didn't even think of, she considered for us. Even if she was not on duty sometimes, as long as she was consulted on WeChat, she would respond quickly. She was really thoughtful in food, clothing, housing and transportation, and her high professionalism made us feel at home and warm as spring at the northernmost tip of Xinjiang. In addition, the hotel's environment and room facilities are very good hardware conditions, the dishes ordered in the restaurant are also delicious, and there are special staff to help carry the luggage.
