Hemu Free Tribe Villa

The suite we stayed in had two floors, and the space was very large. There was a birch forest in front of the room. It was so comfortable to drink tea outside, look at the beautiful scenery, and feel the breeze. The boss and his family are very nice. The authentic Xinjiang cuisine we had in their restaurant was very nice. Especially Brother Xiaoye, who personally picked us up from and dropped off at the station, helped us with our luggage, and was always available if we needed anything. When visiting Hemu, Free Tribe is worth recommending!

When making the reservation, I deliberately chose not to choose a hotel, and then jumped to the highly rated Free Tribe Villa, thinking it was really a company-operated villa, and the price was 1,800 yuan. As a result, it was just a small wooden house, with only one person working at the front desk and in charge of the restaurant, and no service at all. The location is remote and the environment is dirty. Hot water can only be used quickly by one person within 10 minutes, and the next person has to wait for more than 40 minutes. The bathroom and toilet are dilapidated, and it is difficult to close the door. There is a lot of noise. What is particularly speechless is that the toilet is not soundproof, and the glass partition is see-through. There is no place to put clothes in the bathroom, not even hooks. The whole room couldn't be more simple, with poor sanitary conditions, poor supporting facilities, and a terrible experience. What's even more annoying is that the water supply was cut off in the morning. The price is too outrageous.
