Hotels near Haeundae Beach, Busan

Room size with amenities and location are excellent! Wasn’t please with the check in process(the female staff don’t seem friendly maybe because she is. It fluent in English),breakfast table arrangement(was always given the furthest possible table from the buffet area),my toilet amenities weren’t refill for the 3rd night stay. The breakfast spread is reasonable but every morning is EXACTLY the same! However, every morning, I requested for a taxi at the lobby, the staff whom assisted me always smile and got me a taxi fast. Lobby is comfortable and clean to wait for my guide or relax in.

Overall the hotel is very new, the room is spacious, the smart TV is easy to use, quite popular among both international and local guests. The convenience store inside the hotel 1st floor is great especially during winter time, we don't need to go out of the building at all. Also you can refill your water bottles at the dispenser located on every floor. We arrived earlier than the check in time, there are self serviced lockers for storing baggages. And then the hotel staff invited us to check in 1 hour earlier. The desks on the 3rd floor has a good view of the beach and like a modern co working space. However, there is no cotton pads / hair brush provided, which is a bit inconvenient.

The location is a 10-minute walk from Haeundae Station, just outside the main street. The room was very quiet, large and comfortable But I saw some dirty hair on the bed on the floor of the small room. All other beds are clean The room is very big and I like it very much The reception staff downstairs in the building are very friendly. There is a supermarket downstairs in the building The water temperature in the bathroom is not very hot. I don’t know if it has something to do with the cold wave. Overall it was a very comfortable stay The scenery is very good If there is a chance, I will consider staying here again next time

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I couldn’t sleep for my 3 nights stay. First thing, the reception doesn’t understand English. They didn’t know about my reservation. After 10 minutes, I was given my room keys. The room was clean but the trouble began at night. Light was constantly coming out through the blinds and curtains. I don’t know why they had see through white blinds and mesh curtains. I called the receptionist but she didn’t understand my message. Second day, complained to trip.com. They called the hotel but the management lied and said the guests have been upgraded to a different room. Nobody contacted us but they were constantly lying to trip.com. I went to the receptionist and asked her to fix light issues. There was also a lot of construction sound and I was really tired after sleepless nights. The receptionist said she would get it fixed on the 3rd day but that was a lie too. Nobody came to fix the light problem. There was no balcony as advertised. Kitchenware was missing. The staff doesn’t understand simple English like cutlery. Nobody came to collect trash or give water during my 3 nights stay. Hotel looks stylish but their customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel especially if you are a foreigner. I took these pictures at 6 am in the morning when I was awake because of sunlight and construction noise. During the night, city lights were coming in. Trip.com compensated me with 1500 coins but that doesn’t soothe the 3 sleepless nights. My entire trip was uncomfortable because of this hotel.

Hotel was easy to access from metro station and nearby have a lot of famous restaurants also walking distance which make it very convenient! Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Love the stays in this hotel, definitely will go back again!

Room with ocean view is so much more cost-efficient than other hotels providing similar views. Still expensive for our budget though, but definitely worth every penny. The staff there also deserved praise for their respectfulness and formality, professionalism much alike what I saw of 5-star hotels in K-drama series. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind when I return to Busan in the future!

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan 314 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 48099 Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024. 📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more. 🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal. Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000. 🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important. 👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home. 🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away. Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance. 🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry. Rating: 3⭐ Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

This is the place I chose to stay for my 1st wedding anniversary. It's so clean, the space is well-organized, the cypress bath is luxuriously done, and the amenities smell so good!!!💗💗 The bed is a heated mattress, so it doesn't have the dryness that's typical of hotels, and there's a hair dryer on the ceiling in the bathroom, so it was very convenient for me, a pregnant woman. My husband liked it too~ I'll come back with the baby next time~~!

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

Hyatt hotel chain was the same quality over the world with very nice and well training staffs. We love the view of ocean room, very good location for ocean view and the bridge in Busan.
