"Multiple hairs found in the bathroom, raising doubts about cleanliness. Someone called an in-room massage service in the middle of the night and mistakenly knocked on my door, waking me up. It was a very unpleasant experience. The bedding reeked of bleach, as if it had been washed with bleach detergent, and even my clothes I slept in smelled of bleach. I had to stay here because hotel prices skyrocketed during the holiday, but I will never return."

However, check-out is very early at 10:00 AM. Also, they didn't change the slippers for three days. My parents' slippers got wet after showering, and it took a lot of discussion to get even one replacement pair when we asked for two. I'd say it's a very practical choice for budget-conscious travelers."

"I think this hotel is great, and it's not noisy at all. I asked the front desk for a room above the 10th floor and they gave me one. It's a 10-minute walk from Seomyeon subway station, and there are plenty of places to eat downstairs, like pork soup and rice, tteokbokki, Olive Young, and Mega Coffee. Plus, Busan is so much more comfortable with fewer crowds than in China. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Busan!"

"Booking this apartment hotel was the best decision of our Busan trip. This new apartment hotel, opened in 2026, is definitely worth a try! **Location:** It's right in the heart of Haeundae Walking Street. The building is brand new and can be considered one of the landmarks. It's a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Walking Street is right downstairs. **Room:** We chose the two-bedroom ocean view suite this time, and there's only one per floor. The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for family travel. The toiletries in the bathrooms are very high-end. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be brought by guests. The washing machine, kitchen, and microwave are not available for use, and no knives, forks, bowls, or chopsticks are provided; these are only for long-term stays. **Facilities:** This time, I only visited the hotel reception on the third floor, and the lobby is very spacious. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and a popular cafe and bakery. **Cons:** As a new hotel, there's still a noticeable new-hotel smell, so those sensitive to smells should consider this. **Service:** As an apartment hotel, daily cleaning is not provided. If cleaning is required, advance notice is needed. **In summary,** if your budget allows, definitely go for an ocean-view room. Even if you're on a tighter budget, this place is still highly recommended."
