"i booked this hotel for 2 days and had wonderful days. Especially, i was surprised at the Tromm Styler. i also enjoyed room balcony, either. However, i was disappointed at 3 things. ･i wasn't allowed to enter the rooftop balcony. ･There are cockroaches in my room though my room was on the high floor. In addition, there aren't any phone in the room, so i couldn't call the front staff. ･we can store our luggage near the front desk, but there’s no claim ticket system—you simply leave your suitcase there, which made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price."
