"The room was quite clean, though very small. The location is incredibly convenient; you can see the hotel just to the left of Busan Station Exit 1, only about a 100-meter walk. It's also right next to Busan Subway Station Exit 6, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really handy. The downside is the poor soundproofing; there was intermittent noise from what sounded like a motor, and the toilet flushing was extremely loud."

"Facilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......"

"Great hotel, highly recommended to stay! Room: small, but that was enough for me, as everything needed was in the room. Room was very tidy, you can request cleaning 1 time every 3 days, but if you want to switch towels, you can just bring them to reception. Besides, even though tooth brush and paste aren’t provided directly, you can request those on the reception as well. You can use washing machine and dryer next to reception if required. Staff: very polite and respectful, perfectly speak English, will try their best to help you with any questions. Breakfast: self-service, you can pick everything you want, and actually everything I tried there was delicious. Location: 2 minutes from Nampo station, that is extremely convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around, as well as several convenience stores. Just in 10 minutes you can get to Busan tower by foot. At night it’s very quiet."

"The most amazing hotel. Beautiful interior and exterior. Great views. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Gym/swim and great facilities in general. I will certainly be choosing this hotel every time I visit Busan from now. Amazing place to stay."

"The location is great, close to Nampo subway station with many restaurants nearby, and also a short walk to Nampo-dong and the market. The service could use improvement; the front desk staff seemed expressionless. Breakfast was very monotonous, with not much to choose from. The ocean view room was indeed nice. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, but prices are a bit high, so I recommend going to the Lotte Mart supermarket on the B1 floor across the river for groceries. Getting to Seomyeon by subway takes about half an hour, door-to-door. You can see many seagulls from the bridge in front of the hotel, and Gamcheon Culture Village is only about five or six kilometers away, so a taxi ride there is quite cheap."

"Trip.com had a mismatch with this booking and I stayed at Hyoi Stay Busan Songdo. It's the same hotel as they said, just a different name. It's also the same building and room type was identical. So my review is for Hyoi Stay. Great hotel, new, very clean room with a washing machine and a dryer. Location is also great, view from the room was beautiful. Hotel is like airbnb, room also had a kitchen and a balcony. Very helpful and nice manager met me near entrance of the building to help find the office on 3rd floor to check-in. Now, if you don't have a car and don't use taxi, be careful as the walk from the bus stop is going downhill and if you have a heavy bag coming back up can be hard. Even with this it's only 10 minutes walk from bus stop. Overall 5/5 loved it, would gladly stay again."

"After moving from the Park Hyatt Busan, I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Haeundae. My ocean view room was a bit small, but the view was fantastic – endless sea and sky, with a bustling beach that connects to a park, making it a great spot for a vacation or a stroll. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Busan's pedestrian street. The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my stay very comfortable. The amenities were comprehensive. This trip to Busan really changed my perception of service in Korea; the past rumors of discrimination against Chinese people seem to be gone. The room, though slightly small, was tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and nice toiletries. The bathroom only had a bathtub, no separate shower. Breakfast and the Chinese restaurant offerings were good, a bit pricey but acceptable. Given the recent sharp depreciation of the Korean won, now is a great time to visit Korea."

"The location is fantastic, Haeundae Beach is right on the doorstep, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. A taxi to the airport during off-peak hours took just over 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The airport shuttle bus stop is also close to the hotel. There's a supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, but they don't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own."

The bathroom is equipped with a dryer, which not only dries clothes but also leaves them smelling fresh – a lifesaver after a hot pot meal! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to both the beach and the main shopping street."

"This was my favorite accommodation during my trip to Korea, whether in Seoul, Busan, or Ulsan. It's a fully self-check-in apartment located directly accessible from Seoul Station Exit 10, and the overhead bridge makes it super convenient. For Chinese travelers, receiving passwords and QR codes via email, especially on the day of arrival, might feel a bit insecure, and there's a slight worry about not receiving them. I took the chance, and it worked out perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Busan."
