Receptionist are not super friendly, they struggle to communicate in English. We asked for one hour late check-in, receptionist asked for extra payment. There is 7/eleven in the hotel, close to train station

I stayed in the capsule room for 2 nights and I got sick... there's no air conditioning control and whatever they have to keep the air flow made my throat sore on my last morning. I eventually lost my voice. My voice came back (still husky) but I'm still coughing a lot with green mucus... it's been 1 week from my trip in busan and I'm not fully recovered. I happen to have asthma which makes me more prone to these things but still, I doubt this is good for anyone.
I liked their normal rooms a lot but I definitely won't do the capsule room again.

Very beautiful and clean hotel! Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Only weakness is the door is very difficult to lock and lock. Also the location is a bit far from the main attractions, but Gupo-gu is worth exploring as well, especially the Gupo Market (구포시장). Public transportation is convenient with 구포역 rail station (both KTX and metro train) located very close by.
