During my recent stay at Y Collection by UH Flat Osiria in Busan, I was thoroughly impressed by the modern amenities and prime location. The property is situated in the vibrant Songjung-ri neighborhood, offering easy access to attractions like Songjeong Beach and Haedong Yonggung Temple. The proximity to Lotte World Adventure Busan and the nearby mall provided ample entertainment and shopping options. 
The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring modern designs with stunning mountain views. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and essential amenities like a refrigerator and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful stay. 
The host was notably accommodating, promptly addressing any inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. The availability of free parking and daily housekeeping added to the convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays. 
Overall, Y Collection by UH Flat Osiria offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and accessibility, making it a commendable option for travelers seeking a pleasant stay in Busan.

It's a nice flat to stay near the shopping center but not near public transport.

Apartment are pretty nice and decent. Good for small families comes with two toilet. Not hotel so dun expect any room service. Housekeeping are basic cleaning and change of towel. But they will inform via WhatsApp. No checkin reception just go straight to apartment via message send to WhatsApp. Location is far from city, only convenience is Lotte World theme park and Lotte outlet shopping and Luge ride.

Excellent service via WhatsApp for local information about taxis and stuff around the hotel. The location is great if you want a very confortable stay that’s close to the beach and the temple. However it feels like a big American suburb middle of if towers and outlet stores. So there wasn’t much life once you left the apt.

Location is closed to shopping center but it’s a bit far from the center city if you drive a car it should be fine. Room is very comfortable and so big as We stayed 2 pax if we have planned to stay with 4 pax, it gonna be ok.

Hotel location though was across the road, just opposite the IKEA and Lotte Premier Outlet, it is however quite a distance away almost 50min ~ 1hr from the city centre Seo Myeon.
The hotel is only one of those few apartment units which Owners engaged the Hotel Group to manage for them, so avoid causing much disturbances & noises to the neighbours during your stays.
A 2-nights stay at this Hotel would be sufficient to make a trip to the Premier Outlet, and/or visit the nearby famous Chinese Temple, which Bus No. 100 at downstair main road bus-stop could bring one there by alighting at the next two bus-stops.
