Cleanliness..
First of all, the room is warm.
I saw hair in the room and I cleaned it up.
I cleaned the hair in the bathroom, but as soon as I turned on the whirlpool, black foreign substances came out, and there was hair in the gaps of the whirlpool curtain, and rust here and there.
I couldn't shower, so I asked for a refund, and they changed it to a larger room.. The room was too big and cold, and I couldn't shower at night, and when I woke up in the morning to shower, the water came almost at the end of my bath. I thought I was going to die from the cold. It was such a waste of money. I feel sorry for the hotel, but don't go.
How can you charge money for one night with this kind of facility...and waste more than an hour to move rooms..

I stayed alone in a twin room, but it was spacious and clean. One bed was queen size, and the other was single. I had fun, but I was able to relax. There was a spa next door, which was also nice. The spa was 8,000 won for hotel guests.
